PurposeTo observe the effects of sequential Chinese medicine combined with radiofrequency therapy on VAS scores, dysmenorrhea symptom scores,TCM syndrome scores and uterine artery blood flow parameters of patients with Qi stagnation and blood-stasis primary dysmenorrhea, and to explore the therapeutic effect of sequential Chinese medicine combined with radiofrequency therapy on primary dysmenorrhea with Qi stagnation and blood-stasis,so as to provide reference for further clinical application.MethodA total of 86 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Nanping People’s Hospital Hospital from February 2022 to July 2022,and divided into control group and observation group with 43 patients in each group according to random number table method. The control group was given sequential oral treatment with dysmenorrhea prescription and Xiaozheng mixture, while the observation group was given combined radiofrequency therapy on the basis of the control group. The treatment course for both groups was three menstrual cycles. The changes of VAS score and dysmenorrhea symptom score before and after treatment and 3 menstrual cycles after stopping treatment were observed and compared, and the changes of TCM syndrome score, uterine artery blood flow PI and PI value before and after treatment were observed and compared, and statistical analysis was conducted to compare the difference in efficacy of the two treatment methods.Result1.A total of 86 patients were included in this study.During the study,in the observation group,1 case fell off due to loss of follow-up,and 1 case was removed due to interruption of treatment for learning reasons; Two cases in control group were shed due to loss of follow-up.Clinical observation was completed in 82 cases,41 cases in each group. The total shedding rate was 4.7%.2.Comparison of general data: Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in age, course of disease,VAS score, dysmenorrhea symptom score,TCM syndrome score, uterine artery flow PI value and uterine artery RI value between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.Comparison of VAS score and dysmenorrhea score;3.VAS scores and dysmenorrhea scores of both groups were lower after treatment and three menstrual cycles after stopping treatment, and observation group was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After three menstrual cycles,VAS score and dysmenorrhea symptom score of both groups were higher than those after treatment, but observation group was lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and observation group was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Uterine artery PI and RI values: After treatment, the uterine artery PI and RI values of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).ConclusionThe sequential method of traditional Chinese medicine combined with radiofrequency therapy can effectively relieve dysmenorrhea and its accompanying symptoms, improve the TCM syndromes and uterine artery blood flow of primary dysmenorrhea of Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type, and can still maintain a certain effect after three menstrual cycles, and no adverse reactions occur during the treatment,so it is worthy of clinical application. |
