Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of the treatment of Chongren deficiency and cold type primary dysmenorrhea by observing the combination of acupuncture and medicine(Jiawei Wenjing Decoction combined with Longsha Kaihe Liuqi acupuncture),so as to optimize the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Methods: 96 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of Chongren deficiency and cold type were collected from the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University.Used the random number table method,32 patients in the acupuncture and drug group were treated with Jiawei Wenjing Decoction combined with Longsha Kaihe Liuqi acupuncture. In the Chinese medicine group,32 cases were treated with modified Wei Wenjing decoction alone. In the acupuncture group,32 patients were treated with the method of opening and closing six qi acupuncture. For a total of 3 courses of treatment, visual analog scale(VAS),dysmenorrhea symptom score and TCM syndrome score were compared before, after and during follow-up to evaluate the efficacy.SPSS 25.00 software was used for statistical analysis of the above data. Results: 1.Before treatment, the age, course distribution and disease conditions(VAS score, dysmenorrhea symptom score, pain degree,TCM syndrome score)of the three groups were compared and analyzed, indicating that the baseline of the three groups was balanced and comparable.2.After the course of treatment, the VAS score, dysmenorrhea symptom score and TCM syndrome score of the three groups were improved, that is,the three treatment schemes were effective in the treatment of the disease and syndrome(P<0.05).It can be seen from the test that compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group, the decrease of acupuncture group was larger(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group(P>0.05).It can be seen that the curative effect of Jiawei Warm Jing Decoction combined with Kaihe six Qi acupuncture is better than that of Jiawei Warm Jing decoction or Longsha Kaihe six qi acupuncture alone.3.The total effective rate of the acupuncture treatment group, the Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture treatment group were 96.77%,87.10% and 83.33%,respectively,with differences(P<0.05).Further statistical analysis of the three groups showed that the acupuncture treatment group was better in improving the efficacy of the syndrome(P<0.05).The total effective rate of dysmenorrhea in the acupuncture group was96.77%,higher than that in the Chinese medicine group(80.65%)and acupuncture group(76.67%),and there were differences(P<0.05).Multiple tests showed that the relief of dysmenorrhea in the acupuncture group was significantly better than that in the Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group(P<0.05).The above proves that the clinical effect of acupuncture is more significant.4.At the follow-up,the reduction of VAS score in the acupuncture and medication group was more significant than that in the acupuncture group and the Chinese medicine group. The study showed that the combination of Jiawei Wenjing decoction and Longsha Kaihe Liuqi acupuncture had better long-term curative effect on patients with primary dysmenorrhea of Ren deficiency and cold type, and it was more durable and stable.Although Jiawei Wenjing decoction or Longsha Kaihe Liuqi acupuncture alone had improvement effect on this disease, but the curative effect was not significant at the end of treatment. Conclusion: Jiawei Wenjing Decoction combined with Longsha Kaihe Liuqi acupuncture has significant advantages in reducing VAS scores, alleviating dysmenorrhea related symptoms and improving TCM syndromes of patients with Chongren deficiency cold type primary dysmenorrhea. The clinical efficacy is superior to that of traditional Chinese medicine or acupuncture alone, and the safety is good.It can be further applied to the diagnosis and treatment of Chongren deficiency cold type primary dysmenorrhea.
