Clinical Research Of Wenjing Decoction On Treating Chongren Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Primary Dysmenorrhea

Objective To research the clinical curative effect of wenjing decoction on the treatment of the burst of cold and the primary dysmenorrhea,and provide the basis for future research.Method 60 patients will be randomly divided into 2 groups,test group 30 cases(taking wenjing decoction),control group 30 cases(taking beijing tongrentang aifu warm hystera pills),Both groups started taking the drug 5 days before the start,and continued to take the drug for 7 days.The treatment continued for 3 menstrual cycles.Dysmenorrhea symptom score,dysmenorrhea efficacy,TCM syndrome curative effect and the hemorrheology will be observed before and after the treatment between two groups.Result Both groups can reduce the integration in dysmenorrhea and TCM syndrome differentiation,but the treatment group is significantly superior to the control group,which has significant statistical significance(P<0.01).The patients in the treatment group are superior to the control group in the treatment of dysmenorrhea(treatment group total efficiency is 93.33%and control group is 80%),which is statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group is significantly superior to the control group in the efficacy of TCM syndrome(treatment group total efficiency is 96.67% and control group is 83.33%),which has also the statistical significance too(P<0.01).In blood rheological,both the treatment group and the control group are able to change the blood rheology,but the treatment group is better than the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion wenjing decoction is available for treatment of cold and congestion block type primary dysmenorrhea,which significantly reduces dysmenorrhea and TCM syndrome integral,improves clinical curative effect and the blood rheology,and promotes the blood circulation,so as to alleviate the symptoms of dysmenorrhea.
