Objective:Observe the scores of TCM syndromes,office blood pressure,24h ambulatory blood pressure,blood lipids,blood sugar,uric acid,blood lipids,blood glucose,uric acid,and blood pressure before and after the treatment of patients with normal high blood pressure and grade 1 hypertension.The changes in curative effect indicators such as homocysteine,objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Kaihe Liuqi acupuncture combined with Niu Xi Papaya Decoction in the treatment of high normal blood pressure and grade 1 hypertension,and further explore the combination of Kaihe Liuqi acupuncture and cattle The clinical value of knee papaya decoction in the treatment of normal high blood pressure and grade 1 hypertension(inflammation of liver fire).Methods:The clinical cases were screened in strict accordance with the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,and exclusion criteria of the subject group.After the subject was determined to be included,the 90 patients were randomly grouped,and a 1-90 study object sequence was first drawn up in advance,using SPSS26.0 software for random grouping,generate a random number table,set odd numbers as group A,even numbers as group B,group A adopts the experimental control group plan(candesartan medoxomil tablets),and group B adopts the experimental treatment group plan(open and close Six-qi acupuncture method combined with Achyranthes papaya soup),observe and record the changes in the efficacy indicators such as TCM syndrome scores,office blood pressure,24h ambulatory blood pressure,blood lipids,uric acid,blood homocysteine,etc.before and after the experimental treatment in groups A and B.Safety indicators.The entire course of treatment was 4 weeks,and SPSS26.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:① TCM syndrome score:Both groups of TCM syndrome scores were improved(P<0.01),while the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01);②The efficacy of TCM syndrome:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.86%Is higher than 87.50%of the control group,but the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05);③Blood pressure curative effect:both groups have curative effect in reducing office blood pressure and 24h ambulatory blood pressure(P<0.01),the treatment group is significantly better than Control group(P<0.01);④Antihypertensive effect:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.86%,which was significantly better than 70%of the control group(P<0.01);⑤Efficacy of TCM syndromes:The two groups are improving dizziness and headache,Impatient irritability,tinnitus,hypochondriac pain,bitter mouth,red face,red eyes,constipation,luhuang,insomnia and other syndromes have curative effects,but it can improve dizziness,headache,tinnitus,red face,red eyes,constipation,The treatment group of luhuang,insomnia,etc.was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in improving irritability,hypochondriac pain,mouth pain,etc.(P>0.05);⑥Efficacy of laboratory indicators:two groups All can significantly improve LDL-C,HCY,FBG,TG,TC,UA(P<0.01),but the effect of improving HDL-C is not significant(P>0.05).The treatment group is improving patients’ FBG,TG,LDL-C Three aspects are better than the control group(P<0.05),but there is no significant difference in improving HCY,HDL-C,UA,TC(P>0.05);⑦Follow-up blood pressure effect:two groups of patients in the second week after the end of the treatment,4 weeks systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure were significantly improved(P<0.01),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in terms of reducing systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,etc.(P<0.01).⑧Safety indicators:There were no obvious adverse events in the two groups during the entire course of treatment.Conclusion:Kaihe Liuqi acupuncture combined with Achyranthes papaya decoction has a clear clinical effect in the treatment of high normal blood pressure and grade 1 hypertension.It can improve the TCM syndrome scores of high normal blood pressure and grade 1 hypertension,office blood pressure,24h ambulatory blood pressure,Blood lipids,uric acid,blood sugar,blood homocysteine and other efficacy indicators,and the safety is good,there are no adverse events,it is worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
