Professor Li Xiurong’s Clinical Experience And The Rule Of Medication In Treating Cancer Induced Fatigue

Objective:In this study,the drug prescription of Professor Li Xiurong in the treatment of patients with cancer-induced fatigue was taken as the research object.By using SPSS and other related data mining technologies,the data results were analyzed,and the medication rules and clinical experience of the tutor in the treatment of cancer-induced fatigue were summarized,providing reference for the clinical treatment of cancer-induced fatigue with traditional Chinese medicine and broadening the drug ideas.Method:Case data of patients with cancer fatigue in the tutor’s outpatient department from October1,2020 to December 31,2022 were collected and summarized.The case information meeting the criteria was input into EXCEL,a database was established,and data mining was carried out using frequency statistics,association rule analysis,cluster analysis and complex network analysis.Under the guidance of the tutor,To summarize and comb the academic experience of the tutor in treating cancer-induced fatigue.Results:A total of 231 patients and 468 prescriptions were collected in this study.The data mining results were as follows:(1)General data analysis: cancer fatigue male and female ratio of about 0.95:1,age concentrated in 50-69 years old,the main types of cancer for lung cancer,colorectal cancer,gastric cancer,staging is mainly in the late stage,treatment,the vast majority of patients have experienced surgery or chemotherapy treatment means,some patients have radiotherapy or targeted immunotherapy.(2)Drug frequency analysis: A total of 243 TCM were involved,and the top 20 high-frequency medicines were: licorice,Astragalus,white Rhizome,pinellia pinellia,Radix pseudostellariae,coix seed,poria coix,sour jujube seed,Thunberg fritillaria,tangerine peel,lily,six Shenqu,malt,sand kernel,Hawthorn,double tower,keel,lotus seed,white peony root and pueraria root.(3)Drug category analysis: A total of 16 types of drugs were involved,the most commonly used drugs for supplementing qi and clearing heat and drying dampness.(4)Analysis of the normalization of drug flavor: the most commonly used medicinal properties are warm,cold and flat,the most commonly used drug flavor is sweet,bitter,xin,the most commonly used normalization of spleen meridian,stomach meridian and lung meridian.(5)Association rule analysis showed that there were 5 common drug pairs: Astragalus albatractylos-Poria,pinellia pinellia-Tangerine peel,Astragalus albatractylos-Radix pseudostellariae,sour jujube kernel-lily,Hawthorn-six Shenqu-malt.(6)Cluster analysis showed three common drug groups:(1)Six Shenqu,malt,hawthorn,sand kernel,astragalus membranaceus,atractylote,poria cocos,subspatholoba spatholobi,and Cytopheria sinensis;(2)Sour jujube seed,keel,lily,alacacia bark,coix seed,lotus seed,pueraria root,paeony,bupleurum,Shanci mushroom,gleditsia acacia,licorice,poria;(3)Radix pseudostellariae,ophiopogon ophiopogon,Schisandra chinensis,Radix japonicus,forsythia,Radix scrophulariae,Magnolia officinalis,Radix Lingsiae,bombyx mori,Thunberg fritillaria,Radix pinellia,Radix Tangerine peel,Radix scutellaria scutellariae,Hedyoglossia officinalis.(7)Seven core prescriptions were obtained by complex network analysis: lung cancer fatigue: poria coix,lily,pinellia pinellia,tangerine peel,white rhizome,glycyrrhiza,double tower,Astragalus,Thunberg fritillaria;Colorectal cancer due to fatigue: lily,keel,licorice,astragalus,big blood rattan,sour jujube kernel,Tuckahoe,pinellia pinellia,Coix seed,white art,lotus seed,malt,six Shenqu,sand kernel;Gastric cancer due to fatigue: Astragalus,tangerine peel,pinellia pinellia,licorice,kiwi root,poria cocos,atractylote,sand kernel,hawthorn,six Shenqu,malt;Cancer fatigue after surgery: Astragalus,pinellia pinellia,Atractyloides,lily,Tangerine peel,Radix pseudostellariae,Thunberg fritillaria,keel,sour jujube kernel,poria cocos,heavy tower,licorice;Cancer fatigue after chemotherapy: Astragalus,white Rhizoma,Radix pseudostellariae,tangerine peel,pinellia pinellia,amari kernel,Hawthorn,malt,six Shenqu,Coix seed,chicken gold,Thunberg fritillaria,licorice;Cancer fatigue after radiotherapy:Astragalus membranaceus,white Rhizoma atractyloides,Radix pseudostellariae,ophiopogon ophiopogon,fritillaria thunbergii,lily,sour jujube seed,poria coix seed,amore seed,Hawthorn,malt,six Shenqu,double tower.Targeted or immunized cancer fatigue:Radix astragalus,Radix pseudostellariae,atractylophala,pinellia pinellia,tangerine peel,sand kernel,hawthorn,six Shenqu,malt,double building,Tuckaia,Paeoniae paeoniae,Virginiae,licorice.Conclusion:Professor Li Xiurong’s treatment of cancer due to fatigue focuses on invigorating the spleen and qi,detoxifying and dispersing knot,paying attention to both strengthening and dispelling evil.Pay attention to the adjustment of emotional factors and sleep conditions in the treatment process,pay attention to the treatment of disease in the process of clinical treatment,flexible use.
