Professor Li Xiurong’s Medication Law And Clinical Experience In The Treatment Of Lung Cancer

Objective:This topic takes Professor Li Xiurong’s medication prescription for the treatment of lung cancer patients as the research object.Through statistics and analysis by using "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)" and other data processing software,this paper summarizes Professor Li Xiurong’s syndrome differentiation and treatment ideas and clinical medication rules for the treatment of lung cancer patients,and further discusses Professor Li Xiurong’s clinical experience and academic thought in the treatment of lung cancer,to provide reference for clinical traditional Chinese medicine treatment of lung cancer and broaden the thinking of medication.Methods:According to the criteria for diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion,this study screened the qualified prescriptions of lung cancer patients diagnosed and treated by Professor Li Xiurong in the outpatient and ward of the oncology department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine from October 1,2019 to December 31,2021,the prescriptions were summarized and sorted out,and inputing the patient’s name,gender,age,the pathological type and traditional Chinese medicine prescription and other information in medical records into the "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)" system,the corresponding database is established,and combined with the relevant functions of "Microsoft Office" software to conduct data statistics and analysis,chart drawing of data results,etc,so as to explore Professor Li Xiurong’s medication rules and prescription characteristics in the treatment of lung cancer,to summarize and sort out Professor Li’s academic experience in clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of lung cancer.Results:A total of 650 treatment prescriptions of 200 patients with lung cancer in line with the conditions of this study were collected for data analysis and mining.According to the statistics of the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform,Professor Li Xiurong uses 251 traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of lung cancer,of which 75 are used more than 45 times.The top ten traditional Chinese medicines are licorice,Paris polyphylla,tangerine peel,Fritillaria thunbergii,Pinellia ternata,Radix Astragali,beehive,lily,Poria cocos,fried Atractylodes macrocephala.The high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines used more than 45 times are selected for the efficacy classification of traditional Chinese medicine and the statistical analysis of four Qi and five flavors and meridian tropism.According to the classification of efficacy,high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines are mainly used for tonifying deficiency,resolving phlegm,relieving cough and asthma and clearing heat.The four Qi of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines are mainly warm(including slight warm),cold(including slight cold)and plain,while the five flavors of medicines are mainly sweet,bitter(including slight bitter)and pungent.According to statistics,the meridians of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines are lung meridian,spleen meridian,stomach meridian,liver meridian,heart meridian,Kidney meridian,large intestine meridian,gallbladder meridian,small intestine meridian,bladder meridian and pericardium meridian.According to the association rules of drugs,298 groups of common drug pairs led by "Paris polyphylla-licorice" are analyzed after platform data mining.In addition,16 groups of core combinations of 3-6 drugs and 16 clustering core prescriptions are obtained through complex data evolution mining.Conclusion:1.Professor Li Xiurong mainly uses drugs for tonifying deficiency,resolving phlegm,relieving cough and asthma,and clearing heat.Traditional Chinese medicine is mainly warm,cold and flat,while the five flavors are sweet,bitter and pungent.The meridians of traditional Chinese medicine are mainly into the lung meridian,spleen meridian,stomach meridian,liver meridian.Licorice,Paris polyphylla,tangerine peel,Fritillaria thunbergii,Pinellia ternata,Radix Astragali,beehive,lily,Poria cocos and fried Atractylodes macrocephala have the highest frequency,which are commonly used by Professor Li Xiurong in clinical treatment of lung cancer.2.Professor Li Xiurong’s syndrome differentiation and treatment of lung cancer focuses on strengthening the right and dispelling the evil.Strengthening the right mainly focuses on tonifying the spleen and lung,and dispelling the evil mainly focuses on resolving phlegm turbidity and clearing cancer toxin.Therefore,clinical treatment methods such as invigorating the spleen and supplementing Qi,tonifying the lung and nourishing Yin,regulating Qi and resolving phlegm,clearing heat and detoxification,softening and dispersing knots are mostly adopted,focusing on the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,paying attention to the emotional adjustment of patients,and paying attention to the processing process of drugs and the change of the efficacy bias of traditional Chinese medicine in the processing process.
