Professor Li Xiurong’s Medication Law And Clinical Experience In Treating Gastric Cancer

Objective:To collect and analyze the data of all the prescriptions of Professor Li in the treatment of gastric cancer,summarize and analyze the medication rules of Professor Li in clinical practice,and further explore Professor Li’s clinical experience in the treatment of gastric cancer,so as to improve the therapeutic effect of gastric cancer and broaden the thinking for clinical treatment of gastric cancer.Methods:The prescriptions of gastric cancer patients diagnosed and treated by Professor Li Xiurong in outpatient and ward from October 1,2018 to June 1,2020 were selected,and the prescriptions were summarized.Then through the in-depth statistical analysis of "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform" software,the general medication rules and medication ideas of Professor Li Xiurong in clinical practice were summarized,and the clinical experience of Professor Li in the treatment of gastric cancer was summarized We hope to provide new ideas for the treatment of gastric cancer and contribute to the development of Chinese medicine.Results:Based on the data analysis and mining of 432 prescriptions of 167 cases of gastric cancer patients who were consistent with the conditions of this study,the top ten TCM prescriptions were licorice,jiaoshanzha,fried malt,bran koji,Amomum villosum,Astragalus membranaceus,tangerine peel,Poria cocos,qingbanxia and kiwifruit root.According to the statistics of drug meridian,the top five meridians were spleen meridian,stomach meridian,lung meridian,liver meridian and heart meridian.Based on the association rules among drugs,the most frequently used drug combinations are hawthorn,roasted malt and bran koji.Through complex data evolution and mining,30 core combinations of 3-6 drugs are obtained.On the basis of the core combination,15 new prescriptions are obtained.Conclusion:Using the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance platform to mine and analyze the collected data of Professor Li Xiurong’s prescriptions for the treatment of gastric cancer,this paper summarizes Professor Li’s clinical medication ideas,so as to further explore and summarize Professor Li’s experience in the treatment of gastric cancer in clinical practice.She emphasizes the mutual integration of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,and advocates that the spleen and stomach function should be taken care of in the treatment of drugs Professor Li believes that patients with reasonable diet and good mood have a positive effect on the treatment of gastric cancer.At the same time,he puts forward the view of "survival with tumor",long-term treatment and regular review.
