Study On The Chemical Composition Of Extract Of Rhizoma Corydalis And Rhizoma Chuanxiong In Neck Pain Granules

Objective:To study the chemical composition of the extracts of Rhizoma Corydalis and Rhizoma Chuanxiong in Neck Pain Granules.Methods:The separation and purification the extracts of Rhizoma Corydalis and Rhizoma Chuanxiong from Neck Pain Granules were firstly performed by silica gel column chromatography,gel column chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography and recrystallization to obtain the monomeric compounds;secondly,the structurale identification of the isolated monomeric compounds was performed by modern spectroscopic techniques such as ESI-MS,HR-ESI-MS,¹H-NMR,¹³C-NMR,¹H-¹H COSY,HMBC and HSQC.Results:Finally,19 compounds were isolated and identified from the extracts of Rhizoma Corydalis and Rhizoma Chuanxiong in Neck Pain Granules,including 7phthalates:2-（1-oxopentyl）-benzoic acid methylester（1）,dipropyl phtalate（3）,Z-ligustilide（4）,wallichilide（5）,senkyunolide A（6）,3-butylidenephthalide（15）,senkyunolide H（18）;12 alkaloid components:rhicorydaline A（2）,oxoglaucine（7）,corydaline（8）,tetrahydrocoptisine（9）,tetrahydroberberine（10）,（-）-ophiocarpine（11）,（+）-yanhusanines C（12）,tetrahydropalmatine（13）,（-）-corydalidzine（14）,corydalmine（16）,yuanhunine（17）,and demethylcorydalmine（19）.Conclusion:Compound 2 is a new compound in Rhizoma Chuanxiong,and compounds 11,14 and 19 are the isolated from Rhizoma Corydalis for the first time.
