Medication Regularity Of Treating Senile Osteoporosis Based On Data Mining

ObjectiveWith SPSS and SPSS Modeler as platforms,Data analysis and data mining are derived by prescriptions who diagnosed with Senile Osteoporosis in Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and retrieved in online literature.To compare with the difference between statistical results of the two,explore the deep medication rules of Chinese medicine treatment for elderly osteoporosis and provid reference for clinical treatment.Methods1.Review the complete medical records of inpatients diagnosed with geriatric osteoporosis in our hospital between September 2012 and September 2022,and sort out valid medical records that meet the inclusion criteria.Record the name,age,gender,hospital number,past medical history,bone density and other items.2.Search the prescription information of CNKI,VIP,Wan Fang Data,CBM and Pub Med databases for nearly 10 years with elderly osteoporosis,osteoporosis,traditional Chinese medicine,etc.as keywords,and collecting randomized controlled clinical trials of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of senile osteoporosis.3.Organize all Chinese medicine compounds that meet the standards according to the two parts of inpatients and literature,and establish a database.4.Conduct data analysis such as frequency,sexual taste,attribution,efficacy as well as data mining such as association rule analysis and cluster analysis of Chinese medicines in the database.5.Analyze the medication rules for the treatment of elderly osteoporosis in our hospital and all over the country,compare the similarities and differences between the medication rules of inpatients in our hospital and the published literature,and summarize clinical experience.Result1.This study included and sorted out 66 clinical medical records that met the inclusion criteria,involving a total of 173 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,and a total of 1045 times of medication frequency;243 prescriptions were statistically retrieved,involving 173 flavors of drugs and a total of 3123 drug frequency of use.The highfrequency drugs shared by the two are: Angelica,Eucommia,Licorice,Chuanxiong,White Paeony,Epimedium,Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata,Angelicae Pubescentis Radix,Mulberry Parasitism.The high-frequency drugs used in our hospital’s inpatient records for the treatment of senile osteoporosis include: Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Angelica,White Paeony,Licorice,Mulberry Parasitism,Chuanxiong,Eucommia,Milkvetch Root,Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma Praeparata Cum Melle,Codonopsis Radix,Pubescentis Radix,Achyranthes Bidentata,Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata,Epimedium,Indian buead,Rehmanniae Radix,Paeoniae Radix Rubra,Pinelliae Rhizoma,Carthami Flos,Persicae Semen,Fortune’s Drynaria Rhizome,Cmnamomi Mmulus,East Asian Tree Fern Rhizome,Fructus Amomi,Asarone,Citrus reticulata Blanco,Divaricate Saposhniovia,Lobed Kudzuvine Root,Largeleaf Gentian Root,Ziziphi Spinosae Semen.The high-frequency drugs reported in the online literature for the treatment of senile osteoporosis are:Angelica,Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata,Eucommia,Epimedium,Fortune’s Drynaria Rhizome,Himalayan Teasel Root,Psoraleae Fructus,Licorice,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Common Yam Rhizome,Lycii Fructus,Chuanxiong,Corni Fructus,Dan Shen,Indian buead,White Paeony,Milkvetch Root,Carthami Flos,Pubescentis Radix,Cuscutae Semen,Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Mulberry Parasitism,Codonopsis Radix,Spatholobi Caulis,Cistanches Herba,Cinnamomi Cortex,Yanhusuo,Persicae Semen,Deerhorn replenish deficiency,activate blood circulation and remove stasis,dispel rheumatism,and clear heat.3.The analysis of association rules shows that the core drug pair shared by the two is Angelica-Chuanxiong.The commonly used drug pairs in the prescription of inpatient medical records are: Angelica-Chuanxiong,White Paeony-Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma Praeparata Cum Melle,Mulberry Parasitism-Pubescentis Radix,Angelica-Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata,White Paeony-Epimedium.The commonly used drug pairs in online literature prescriptions are: Angelica-Licorice,Angelica-Chuanxiong,Angelica-White Paeony,Angelica-Carthami Flos,Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata-White PaeonyAngelica.4.Four new prescriptions were obtained through systematic cluster analysis,and the new prescriptions shared by inpatient medical records and online literature were Duhuo Jisheng Tang plus and minus,Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Agents Decoction plus and minus,and Buzhong Yiqi Tang plus and minus.The new prescriptions of inpatient medical records also include Bugan Yishen Fang plus and minus,Zhigancao Tang plus and minus,and new prescriptions in online literature also include Zuogui Wan plus and minus and Bushen Huoxue Fang plus and minus.Conclusion1.The understanding of the causes of senile osteoporosis by the medicine of the motherland is based on the kidney,which is closely related to the liver,spleen and blood stasis,and revolves around the kidney.The treatment of senile osteoporosis is divided into two parts,Fuzheng takes nourishing the kidneys,liver and spleen as the basic idea,and dispelling evil with activating blood circulation and removing stasis,wind and dehumidification as the core points.2.According to the method of evidence,regardless of the medical records of our hospital or the network literature,the treatment of senile osteoporosis is based on nourishing the liver and kidneys,replenishing qi and strengthening the spleen,activating blood circulation and removing stasis,dispelling rheumatism and stopping paralytic pain,which is basically consistent with the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine.Inpatient medical records pay attention to the application of wind and dehumidification method in the treatment of senile osteoporosis,especially emphasizing both attack and supplementation,qi and yin double supplementation;The online literature has made up more than attack on the treatment of senile osteoporosis,focusing on warming the kidney yang and filling the kidney essence.
