Based On The Analysis Of Ancient Literature Data,study The Using Medication Regularity Of Infantile Enuresis

Objective:This paper is designed to make a statistical analysis of the effective prescriptions for the treatment of infantile enuresis,through the research on the literature of that of the past dynasties,and to explore the regularity of its composition and medication,in order to provide medication guidance for the treatment of infantile enuresis.Method:By using modern data mining methods such as frequency statistics,association rules and cluster analysis,the frequency of medication used in ancient prescriptions for the treatment of infantile enuresis was counted,and the commonly used medication was screened.The commonly used medication was statistically analyzed by:categories,tastes,properties and channel tropism.And their association and cluster were further analyzed.And it analyzed that,recorded in the commonly used medications,which one has efficacy for the treatment of infantile enuresis,and concluded the commonly used disease diagnosing medication.Results:①There were 40 commonly used medications for the treatment of infantile enuresis in ancient times,and the frequency was ordered as follows:poria,liquorice,ginseng,Alpinia oxyphylla,Atractylodes macrocephala,angelica,rehmannia,cinnamon,yam,Cornus officinalis,Schisandra,peony,astragalus,cuttlebone,oyster,Alisma,dried orange peel,Phellodendron,Psoralea,aconite,keel,Ophiopogon japonicus,cohosh,dodder,anema,peony skin,antler,bupleurum,gardenia,Ligusticum wallichii,dried ginger,rehmannia root,jujube,Halloysit,Eucommia,coptis,Cistanche,poria with hostwood,Polyporus,and the membrane of a chicken’s gizzard;②The commonly used drugs were:Tonifying drugs(Qi-tonifying drug,Yang-tonifying Drugs,hematopoietic,Yin-tonifying Drugs),astringent drugs(Astringe Essence&Strengthen Collapse,Astringe the Lung&Intestine),antipyretic drugs(heat-clearing and-drying drug,heat-clearing and fire-clearing drugs,heat-clearing and blood-cooling drugs),diuretic drugs(diuretic and swelling reducing drugs),warming the interior drugs,surface resolving drugs(dispersive wind and heat drugs),tranquilizing drugs(high tranquilizing drugs,heart nourishing tranquilizing drugs),Qi regulating drugs,blood activating and stasis removing drugs(blood activating and pain relieving drugs),etc,there were 9 categories and 16 subcategories.③Among the commonly used drugs,most quality of the drugs were warm(slight warm),cold(great cold),and neuter;The main taste of drugs was mainly sweet(slightly sweet),bitter(slightly bitter),and pungent;The main channel tropisms were kidney,spleen,heart,liver and lung tropisms;④The association and cluster of commonly used drugs were:C1 Phellodendron,Anemarrhena,Ophiopogon japonicus,Paeonia,Ligusticum wallichii,Radix Rehmanniae;C2 dried orange peel,radix bupleuri,astragalus,Cimicifuga,ginseng,Angelica sinensis,Atractylodes macrocephala,liquorice;C3 yam,cornel,peony skin,radix rehmanniae preparata;C4 Alisma orientalis,Polyporus,Poria,Gardenia jasminoides,Coptis chinensis;C5 Alpinia oxyphylla,Psoralea;C6 aconite,dried ginger,cinnamon,Warming Yang;C7 Mantis Egg-cas,keel,poria with hostwood C8 Cuscuta,Cistanche deserticola,Schisandra,the membrane of a chicken’s gizzard;C9 oyster,Pilose antler,Halloysit,Eucommia.⑤Among the commonly used drugs,those with definite therapeutic effect on enuresis were:the membrane of a chicken’s gizzard,Psoralea,Alpinia oxyphylla,Cuscuta,Schisandra,cornel,Mantis Egg-case and Dioscorea opposita.Conclusion:1.The commonly used medication for the treatment of infantile enuresis in the ancient literature focused on restoring vital energy and inducing astringency,among them,the former mainly included qi-tonifying drug and yang-tonifying drug.2.The prescription for the treatment of infantile enuresis tended to be sweet and warm.In the meantime,the bitter and cold medicine was also adopted in certain proportion.The main channel tropisms were spleen and kidney,and the heart,liver and lung tropisms were also common.3.There were commonly used medications for the treatment of infantile enuresis in ancient times,and the frequency was ordered as follows:cortex phellodendri-Rhizoma anemarrhenae-peony root-Ligusticum wallichii-virgin soil,Tangerine Peel-radix bupleuri-Astragalus membranaceus-rhizoma-ginseng-Chinese angelica-Atractylodes-Liquorice,Chinese yam-fructus comi-moutan bark-Rehmannia Glutinosa,rhizoma alismatis-grifola-poria cocos-gardenia-Coptis chinensis,fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae-fructus psoraleae,monkshood-rhizoma zingiberis-cinnamomum cassia,Mantis Egg-case-Fossilizid-fushen,seed of Chinese dodder-cistanche-schisandra chinensis-endothelium corneum gigeriae galli,oyster-cartialgenous-red halloysite-eucommia ulmoides.The buzhong yiqi decoction was the classic combinations for treatment of infantile enuresis.4.The endothelium corneum gigeriae galli,fructus psoraleae,fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae,seed of Chinese dodder,schisandra chinensis,fructus corni,Mantis Egg-case and Chinese yam could be used as the medication for the treatment of infantile enuresis based on the syndrome differentiation.
