Professor Xu Yunsheng Medication Regularity Analysis For Treating Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Through Data Mining Technology

Objective:Analyzing the Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus cases treating by Professor Xu Yunsheng with the help of Analysis System of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription and SAS statistical software.To exploring the medication regularity of Professor Xu Yunsheng for treating Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,thus enriching and optimization based on the experience of the famous doctor Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and treatment plan,provide reference for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.Methods:Collecting the Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus cases treating by Professor Xu Yunsheng.We select a total of 99 cases met the criteria who have a total of 283 prescriptions then input to the Analysis System of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription.Analyzing the medication regularity of Professor Xu Yunsheng for treating Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus applying the Analysis System of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription and SAS statistical software.Results:Pharmacy analysis:(1)Pharmacy Frequency:There are 187 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine in the 283 cases,in which Salvia is the most one;(2)Medicinal Frequency: Warm and cold drugs are given priority in drugs of four gas analysis.Sweet,bitter and bitter are given priority in drugs of gomi analysis.Liver,spleen and kidney are given priority in meridian analysis of drugs;(3)Efficacy and Category Frequency:Tonic,antipyretic and promoting blood circulation drugs are given priority in Efficacy and Category analysis of drugs;(4)Cluster analysis:There are 11 kinds of 35 traditional Chinese medicine which have appled more than 20;(5)Using the improved Apriori algorithm:According to the least confidence level is 0.5,data mining for all the Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus cases,get 21 prescriptions.Conclusion:With the help of Analysis System of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription and SAS statistical software,use data mining technology including cluster analysis,improved Apriori algorithm.This study analyzed the cases of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus treated by Professor Xu Yunsheng systematically and objectively,the results have clinic significance and can apply impersonal bases for treating Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus of traditional Chinese medicine,and provide a reference to the current Chinese academic study and summing up experiences of succession.
