Objective:Data mining and analysis of Professor Li Yong’s treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease cases was conducted to discuss Professor Li Yong’s syndrome differentiation and medication of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease to guide the clinical practice of Chinese medicine.Method:A total of 200 cases were collected using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS)V2.5 and the age,gender,syndrome,TCM,etc.were statistically analyzed,and the medication rules were extracted.New group side.Results:The age of onset was mainly concentrated in 36-55 years old in 200 cases;the highest frequency of symptoms was "uncomfortable stool";the highest frequency of syndromes was "humid turbidity within the suspension";a total of 109 herbs,the highest frequency of Chinese medicine is White cardamom;Chinese herbal taste analysis had the highest frequency of coldness and sweet smelling drugs;Chinese medicines with spleen and stomach meridians had the highest frequency;10 Chinese medicines were counted in the analysis of medication patterns;a total of 95 data were available;There are 17 groups of drugs whose correlation coefficient is greater than 0.02.Conclusion:The intrinsic basis of the pathogenesis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is the inability of the body due to the deficiency of spleen due to its spleen,and the cause of the disease is over-eating of sweet and pungent flavors.The main pathogenesis is phlegm and sputum,and the liver and spleen share the same disease.The disease is located in the liver and spleen.The treatment was based on the spleen and qi and phlegm and phlegm.The commonly used prescription was Huanglian Wendan Decoction.
