| Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Qinghai Pill(Fu Qingzhu Gynecology)in treating metrorrhagia due to yin deficiency and blood heat in adolescence(bleeding period),taking Baogong Zhixue Granule as the control group,to observe the hemostatic days of adolescent metrorrhagia patients and evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of Qinghai Pill,in order to find a better treatment scheme to solve or improve metrorrhagia and bleeding period.Methods:Sixty cases of adolescent metrorrhagia and metrostaxis(ovulatory dysfunction abnormal uterine bleeding)of Yin deficiency and blood heat type were selected from November 2020 to December 2021 in the First Gynaecology Clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the ratio of 1: 1,they were randomly divided into the treatment group Qinghai Pill Group and the control group Baogong Zhixue Granule Group.A clinical control study was conducted to observe the hemostatic effect,improvement of related accompanying symptoms and changes of anemia(i.e.changes of hemoglobin content)in each group.SPSS26.0 software was used to evaluate the treatment of adolescent metrorrhagia due to yin deficiency and blood heat by using statistical analysis methods such as grade grouping test,metrological test,rank sum test,counting test and independence T test.Results:1.The total effective rate of Qinghai Pill in treating metrorrhagia due to yin deficiency and blood heat in adolescence(bleeding period)is 93.33%,which is better than that of the control group(76.67%)(P<0.05);2.Comparison of the total clinical efficacy between the two groups after treatment shows that the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group are 93.33% and 73.33%,respectively;the cured and markedly effective rates of the treatment group and the control group are 53.33% and26.67%,respectively;the treatment group is superior to the control group(P< 0.05);3.Comparing the scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups after treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group was significant and statistically significant(P < 0.05);4.After treatment,HB content of patients in the experimental group was improved,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The modified Qinghai Pill has a good clinical effect in treating metrorrhagia due to yin deficiency and blood heat in adolescence(bleeding period),which is worth popularizing;2.Qing hai pill and subtract can significantly reduce adolescent Yin Xie Re Xing ren TCM syndrome integral,significantly improve the clinical symptoms of TCM patients,curative effect is obvious3.Qing hai pill and subtract is adolescence Yin Xie Re Xing ren hemorrhage period one of the safe and effective treatment of the bleeding... |
