Clinical Observation Of Modified Dabuyinwan In Treating Yin-defciency And Blood-heat Type Menstrual Period Prolongation

Objective: Through observing the clinical curative effect of the treatment of Yin deficiency and blood heat syndrome with the addition and subtraction of da Bu Yin pill,and comparing the change of indexes before and after the treatment,to explore the mechanism of the treatment of Yin deficiency and blood heat syndrome with Dabuyinwan,to summarize the clinical experience of tutor in treating prolonged menstrual period.Methods: From September 2020 to September 2020,62 patients in Gynecology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into two groups,31 cases in observation group and 31 cases in control group.The Observation Group was treated with da Bu Yin Pill and Tao Hong Si Wu decoction on the 1st to 5th day of Menstruation and da Bu Yin pill combined with Er Zhi pill on the 6th to 14 th day of Menstruation The control group was treated with Baogongzhixue Granule,which was taken twice a day,once a bag,14 days as a course of treatment.The two groups were treated for 3menstrual cycles.Statistical Software SPSS21.0 version of the software for statistical correlation processing.To observe and record the length of menstrual cycle,TCM Syndrome score,progesterone,estradiol,endometrial thickness and other indexes before and after treatment.Results: According to the data,there was no significant difference in age,course of disease,length of menstrual period and integral of tcm syndrome before treatment between the two groups(p > 0.05).TOTAL EFFECTIVE RATE: In the observation group,2 cases were cured,17 cases were effective,9 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 93%;in the control group,1 case was cured,9 cases were effective,16 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 89%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p < 0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was superior to the Control Group.TOTAL SCORE OF of TCM SYNDROME: After treatment,the menstrual period of the two groups was shorter than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05),which showed that the two groups could shorten the menstrual period,and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05),it is indicated that the effect of shortening menses in observation group is better than that in control group.LENGTH OF MENSTRUAL CYCLE : The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p < 0.05),indicating that the observation group had a better effect than the control group in shortening the menstrual period,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p < 0.05),it showed that both groups could shorten menstrual period.CHANGES OF ESTRADIOL: After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(p > 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(p > 0.05),the results showed that the treatment of observation group and Control Group had no significant effect on Estradiol.CHANGES OF PROGESTERONE: There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(p > 0.05),and there was no significant difference within the two groups(p > 0.05),the results showed that the treatment of observation group and Control Group had no significant effect on progesterone.ENDOMETRIAL THICKNESS: There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(p > 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(p > 0.05),the results showed that the treatment of the Observation Group and the Control Group had no significant effect on the thickness of endometrium on the 5th day of Menstruation.Conclusions: The results of this research show that the treatment of da Bu Yin pill has a good effect on prolonging the menstrual period of Yin deficiency and blood heat syndrome,shortening the period of menstruation,and can obviously improve the syndrome of Yin deficiency and blood heat in TCM,but in the short term,it has no obvious effect on progesterone,Estradiol and endometrial thickness,no obvious toxicity,allergic reaction and adverse reaction.
