Objective to use Wang uterine bleeding, treatment of patients with blood stasis type metrorrhagia and metrostaxis. Through the practical application of the clinical observation of the uterine bleeding period of hemostatic effect and improvement of TCM syndromes in and for the clinical application of provide theoretical support and scientific basis.Methods Conforming to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria of 120 cases of blood stasis type metrorrhagia patients using randomized single blind method for 60 cases in the treatment group received Wang metrorrhagia and metrostaxis No. 1 Fang Zhiliao) and control group(60 cases)(given Zhuyu Zhixue Decoction in treating). The group were taken in hemorrhage during the treatment method, 3 days for a treatment cycle, three cycles of treatment, to observe the hemostatic effect of two groups of patients, before and after treatment to improve the clinical syndromes, overall effect,endometrial thickness changes recorded data and statistical analysis. Two groups between before and after the treatment and control group by comprehensive evaluation of clinical efficacy.result1.Two groups of patients with general information and treatment before the baseline condition, the two groups were compared(P > 0.05), with comparability.2.hemostatic efficacyThe treatment group was 93.3%, the control group was 81.67%, Wang metrorrhagia No. 1, hemostatic effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).3.improvement of clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese MedicineAfter treatment, the patients in the two groups of TCM syndromes were improved(P< 0.01); Wang uterine bleeding, metrorrhagia syndromes of TCM in patients with improved more significant effect, significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).4.endometrial thicknessThe two groups of patients after treatment can reduce the endometrial thickness(P <0.01), but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).5.overall efficacy evaluationThe effective rate of treatment group was 96.67% after treatment, the control group was 81.67% after treatment, the overall effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).6.Two groups of patients in the treatment period did not have any adverse reactions.Conclusion Blood stasis type metrorrhagia and metrostaxis is a safe and effective method of treatment for Wang metrorrhagia and metrostaxis 1, hemostatic effect, the overall clinical effect is remarkable, and were significantly better than those of the control group, effectively improve clinical syndromes, reduce endometrial thickness, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
