The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Prei-menopausal Syndrome Of Yin Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney With Nourishing Yin And Tonifying Kidney Prescription Combination With Acupoint Application

Objectives: Use Nourishing Yin and Tonifying Kidney prescription combination with acupuncture point application for the treatment of various yin and kidney deficiency menopausal disorders.The improvement of TCM clinical symptoms and the changes of serum FSH and LH levels were observed before and after treatment.Objective to clinical efficacy and safety of Nourishing Yin and Tonifying Kidney prescription combination with acupuncture point application in the treatment of menopause syndrome of liver-kidney Yin deficiency.Research methods: From June 2020 to July 2021,60 patients with menopause syndrome of liver-kidney Yin deficiency,who were treated in the gynecology department of the Jiangxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,were examined and divided in three groups by the method tables of random numbers.Twenty patients in the group of traditional Chinese medicine were prescribed Jiin Busheng Fang orally,20 patients in the group of acupuncture patches for external use,and 20 patients in the combined group – Ziyin Busheng Fang in joint with menopausal patch.After 3 cycles of treatment,clinical TCM syndromes of three groups of patients before and after treatment were calculated and analyzed,as well as changes in serum FSH and LH levels before and after treatment,followed by Excel and SPSS 25.0.used for statistics and data analysis.Differences in the effectiveness of the three interventions were obtained.The result of the study:(1)Analysis and comparison of TCM syndrome scores in three groups: TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment: combined group t = 11.829,P<0.05;Chinese medicine group t = 8.909,P <0.05;application group t = 11,684,P<0,05;This shows that the TCM symptom scores in the three groups of patients decreased significantly after medication,and the difference was statistically significant,and the degree of reduction in TCM syndrome scores in the combined group was better than in the traditional Chinese medicine group and application group,and the traditional Chinese medicine group.was better than the Academic Differences application group(P<0.05).(2)Analysis and comparison of the overall effectiveness of the three groups:there were 19 cases in the combined group with an overall effective rate of84.2%;a total of 20 cases in the group of traditional Chinese medicine,with an overall efficiency rate of 75%;a total of 18 cases per application group,with an overall effective rate of 61.11%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.017),and the combined group was better than the traditional Chinese medicine group and the patch group,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was better than the band patch.(3)Comparison of symptoms of the main syndrome of TCM: scores of hot and sweat syndrome before and after treatment: combined group t = 8.945,P<0.05;group of traditional Chinese medicine t = 9.000,P<0.05;application group t= 3,757,P<0,05;this suggests that the scores of hot sweat syndrome and sweat in the three groups after treatment decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant.A pairwise comparison between the three groups,the combined group was compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group,P<0.05,and the combined group and the traditional Chinese medicine group were compared with the application group,respectively,P<0.05,indicating that the combined group The group was better than the combined group in improving the symptoms of heat and sweating Chinese medicine group and application group,the Chinese medicine group is better than the application group.(4)Assessment of TCM subsyndrome symptoms: the combined group was better than the traditional Chinese medicine group,and the style group in improving symptoms of dizziness,tinnitus,five disorders,insomnia and daydreaming,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(5)Changes in hormone levels: FSH levels in the three groups before and after treatment: FSH levels in the three groups decreased after treatment,combined group t = 4.270,P<0.05;group of traditional Chinese medicine t =2.985,P<0.05;application group t = 0.308,P>0.05;comparative comparison,the group of Chinese medicine compared with the application group,P<0.05,the combined group compared with the application group,P<0.05,the combined group compared with the Chinese medicine group,P<0.05,indicating that the combined group improves FSH levels.LH levels in three groups before and after treatment:Chinese medicine group t = 1.971,P<0.05,application group t = 0.867,P>0.05,combined group t = 3.858,P<0.05;Two comparisons,a comparison between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the application group,P<0.05,a comparison between the combined group and the application group,P<0.05,and a comparison between the combined group and the traditional Chinese medicine group,P<0.05,indicating that the combined group improves LH levels better than the traditional Chinese medicine group and the application group.(6)Adverse reactions: Body temperature,heart rate,blood pressure,blood regime,liver and kidney function,and electrocardiogram indices of the three groups of patients before and after treatment were within normal limits,indicating that the treatment plan in this study has some certainty.Conclusion In this study,Ziyin Bushen prescription combined with acupuncture therapy can effectively alleviate menopausal symptoms and significantly reduce serum FSH and LH levels in the treatment of various yin and liver deficiency syndromes before and after menopause.The application group is safe and reliable and follows clinical application.
