Investigate The Clinical Effects And Mechanisms Of TCM Of Nourishing Kidney And Liver Method Combined With Auricular Point Sticking Therapy For Curing The Stagnation Of Liver-Qi And Renal Deficiency Of Peripheral Menopause Syndrome

Research purposes:The research is designed to investigate the clinical effects and mechanisms of TCM of nourishing kidney and liver method combined with auricular point sticking therapy for curing the stagnation of liver-Qi and renal deficiency of peripheral menopause syndrome through a clinical study, comparing with the selection of single-use Chinese medicine, through statistical analyzing. It is designed to predictive the value of curative effect mechanism and sex hormone level of nourishing kidney and liver method combined with auricular point sticking on PMS.Research methods:On the basis of diagnostic criterias,60patients who had been diagnosed as PMS and visited in Changzhou TCM Hospital from June in2012to March in2013. They were randomly divided into2groups,30in the test group,30in the control group. The test group were given Chinese medicine combined with auricular point sticking, while the control group were given single-use Chinese medicine. The time for curing lasted3months. The results of the statistical analyzation would guide doctors how to take the best use of therapy.The results:After treatment, clinical symptoms of the patients in the two groups were obviously improved. After curing of56days, the statistical analysis of two groups’ total effective rates proved that there were not significant efficiency differences, but the total effective rate of test group was96.66%, while the total effective rate of the control group was86.67%.Conclusion of the study:1. Decoction of Chinese medicine of nourishing kidney and liver combined with auricular-plaster therapy has curative effect and is safe.2. The total effective rate of test group was higher than that of control group. The test group also had greater advantage in the onset time of improving the symptoms than the control group and it was really good at improve the symptoms in the aspect of stagnation of liver-Qi.
