The Clinical Research Of Tonifying The Liver And Kidney Zhuanggu Prescription Combined With Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency Type KOA

Objective The liver and kidney Zhuanggu prescription through clinical observation benefit hepatorenal party combined western medicine(glucosamine hydrochloride capsules,celecoxib)on knee Osteoarthritis clinical efficacy,symptoms,signs and the effects of drug adverse reaction,summarize the tonic kidney strong bone party combined western medicine treatment the curative effect of liver and kidney deficiency type of knee Osteoarthritis and advantages,provide the patients with knee Osteoarthritis with a good solution.Methods From guangxi university of Chinese medicine affiliated ruikang hospital wards,and li rheumatism lead of the outpatient service in 168 cases of knee oste OArthritis patients selected inline with the research of 60 patients,with a Doll ’s clinical cases randomly table were randomly divided into control group 30 cases(tonic kidney strong bone joint glucosamine hydrochloride caps ules,celecoxib)and control group 30 cases(glucosamine hydrochlo rideca Psule+celecoxib).Two groups of patients treatment before entering the gender,age,course of the disease,after statistics analysis such as observation index no significant statistical difference(P>0.05),the joint pain,swelling index were observed,quadriceps atrophy index,the index of function activities such as curative effect;Biochemical indicators(ESR,CRP and blood routine,urine rout ine,liver and kidney function).Before the treatment,a course of treatment,and treatment of 2 cases treatment respectively to observe oneassessment,research,collect data and summary data after the end of this research on safety,efficacy evaluation.This study used st atistical software SPSS20.0 analyzes the numerical statistics,compa rison between the two group patients gender groups by chi-square test,using t test to compare the age and course of the disease,the ridit analysis level data,inspection level of alpha = 0.05.Results(1)After one course of two groups of patients with sy mptoms,signs and laboratory results have improved,the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group,but no sign ificant statistical significance(P>0.05);(2)After 2 courses of two groups of patients with symptoms,signs and laboratory examination were improved or returned to normal,the treatment group is better than that of control group,there are obvious statistical significance;(3)Treatment group and control group in all patients after one per iod of treatment,two course record total integral compared with integral before treatment,all have differences,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05),after a period of treatment between the two groups is no difference between the total score,no statistical significance(P>0.05),after 2 courses of comparison between the two groups have obvious difference,total integral was statistically significant(P<0.05);4Through clinical observation found that the treatment group reduced incidence of adverse reactions compared with control group,adverse reactions are differences between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions(1)The liver and kidney Zhuanggu prescription joint glucosamine hydrochloride capsules,celecoxib treatment of kneeoste OArthritis has obvious curative effect,less adverse reaction;2Glucosamine hydrochloride capsules celecoxib+western medicine treatment of kneeoste OArthritis clinical efficacy,but the adverse reaction;3The liver and kidney Zhuanggu prescription can reduce the adverse reaction of western medicine.
