Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea With Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis By Liangfang Wen Jing Decoction And Thermosensitive Moxibustion

Objective:Through the observation of the clinical effect of the combination of Liang fang Wenjing decoction and heat-sensitive moxibustion on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,this paper explores the curative effect and advantages of combining traditional Chinese medicine with heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of this disease,and expands the idea of clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods:Seventy-five patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into three groups: combined group,traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group,with 25 cases in each group.Combined group is made of Liang fang Wenjing decoction,Chinese medicine group for oral Liang fang Wenjing decoction,western medicine group of oral ibuprofen tablets,after continuous treatment of three menstrual cycles,observing three groups before and after treatment of dysmenorrhea symptoms integral,TCM syndrome score,VAS score,the change of the uterine artery blood flow mechanics index,and compare the curative effect of three groups.Result:1.Before treatment,age,course of disease,VAS score,dysmenorrhea symptom score and uterine arterial hemodynamics indexes of the three groups were compared,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).2.Comparison of dysmenorrhea symptom scores: The score of dysmenorrhea symptom in the three groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The combined group was compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of the three groups were all lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The combined group was compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of VAS scores: After treatment,VAS scores of the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The combined group was compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between TCM group and western medicine group(P > 0.05).5.Comparison of uterine arterial hemodynamics indexes: RI and PI values of the three groups decreased after treatment compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The combined group was compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between TCM group and western medicine group(P>0.05).6.Comparison of clinical efficacy: After treatment,the total effective rate of the combined group was 92%,the total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 80%,and the total effective rate of the western medicine group was 76%.The clinical efficacy of the three groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Liang fang Wenjing Decoction combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion has significant curative effect on primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.It can relieve dysmenorrhea symptoms,relieve pain degree,improve uterine microcirculation state,and has no adverse reactions.The curative effect is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group.
