Effects Of Huoxue Quyu Decoction On Postoperative Traumatic Inflammatory Response Of Supination-external Rotation IV° Ankle Fractures

Objective:To observe the effect of Huoxue Quyu Decoction on postoperative traumatic inflammatory response of supination-external rotation type IV° ankle fracture,to explore its efficacy and safety,and to provide Chinese medicine for the adjuvant treatment of supination-external rotation type IV° ankle joint.Fractures reduce traumatic inflammatory response and provide a new treatment idea.Methods:From January 2021 to January 2022,the patients with supination-external rotation type IV° ankle fractures(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type)who met the inclusion criteria and agreed to the surgery were divided into the experimental group and the experimental group according to the random number table method.Control group,30 cases in each group.The two groups received the same basic treatment from admission to preoperative.The control group: received routine treatment after operation,and the experimental group: on the basis of the control group,the modified Huoxue Quyu Decoction was also taken(bid *7 days).By comparing the laboratory indicators(serum IL-6,CRP,WBC),the peripheral swelling value of the affected limb,and the VAS score on the 1st day after admission,and on the 1st,3rd,5th,and 7th days after the operation,the two groups were compared.The occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded,and the results were statistically analyzed.All data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 statistical software.Results:The completion of this experiment was 30 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group,and no cases dropped out.There were no statistical differences in baseline data such as age,gender,affected side,preoperative waiting time,operation time,and circumference of the healthy side between the two groups(P>0.05),which were comparable.There were no abnormal vital signs such as breathing and heart rate in the two groups of patients during the test,and there were no obvious abnormalities in safety indicators such as blood routine,routine biochemical complete set,and coagulation function.(1)WBC: There was no significant difference in WBC between the two groups on the1 st day after admission,1st and 3rd day after operation(P>0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference on the 5th and 7th day after operation(P<0.05).).(2)IL-6: There was no significant difference in IL-6 concentration between the two groups on the 1st day after admission and the 1st day after operation(P>0.05).Significance(P<0.05).(3)CPR: There was no significant difference in CRP between the two groups on the 1st day after admission,the 1st and 3rd day after operation(P>0.05),and the difference was statistically significant on the 5th and 7th day after operation(P<0.05).).(4)VAS score: There was no significant difference in the VAS score between the two groups on the 1st day after admission,1st and 3rd day after operation(P>0.05),and the difference was statistically significant on the 5th and 7th day after operation(P<0.05).(5)Swelling value of affected limb: There was no significant difference in swelling value between the two groups on the 1st,3rd,and 5th days after operation(P>0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference on the 7th day after operation(P<0.05)Conclusion:Huoxue Quyu Decoction can effectively reduce the traumatic inflammatory response of the affected limb after supination-external rotation IV° ankle fracture,and has certain curative effects in anti-inflammatory,analgesic and detumescence.
