Clinical Study Of Xiaowei Xiexin Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Complicated With Helicobacter Pylori Infection

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Xiaowei Xiexin Decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis complicated with Helicobacter Pylori infection by applying Xiaowei Xiexin Decoction Combined with HP eradication quadruple therapy.Compared with simple western medicine treatment,the HP clearance rate,TCM symptom score,curative effect index and safety index of the two groups before and after treatment were observed,analyzed and compared,to provide clinical reference for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis complicated with HP infection.Methods: 60 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis complicated with HP infection were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.30 cases in each group were given standard quadruple therapy of Western medicine for 14 days;On this basis,the control group was treated with western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with Xiaowei Xiexin Decoction for 10 weeks.The differences of HP clearance rate,TCM symptom score and adverse reactions between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results: The clearance rate of HP was 82.76% in the experimental group and 78.57% in the control group.There was no significant difference in the clearance rate of HP between the two groups(P >0.05).The experimental group and the control group improved the TCM symptoms(3 main symptoms and 7 secondary symptoms)of the two groups to varying degrees.There were significant differences between the two groups in the scores of the main symptoms(fullness of the epigastric cavity,flatulence and pain of the epigastric cavity,noisy epigastric cavity)and secondary symptoms(lack of appetite,belching,fatigue,aggravation of cold,loose stool)(P < 0.05),The improvement effect of Xiaowei Xiexin Decoction Combined with western medicine was better than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference in the scores of acid reflux,dry mouth and bitter mouth between the two groups(P > 0.05).The total score of TCM symptoms between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The effective rate of TCM syndrome in the experimental group was 89.66% and that in the control group was67.86%.There was also statistically significant in the curative effect of TCM syndrome in the two groups(P < 0.05).Xiaowei Xiexin Decoction Combined with western medicine in the treatment of CAG complicated with HP infection was better than that of Western medicine alone.There were2 cases of adverse reactions in the experimental group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.70%.There were 5 cases of adverse reactions in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 17.86%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Xiaowei Xiexin Decoction Combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis complicated with HP infection with mixed cold and heat syndrome is better than western medicine alone in terms of clinical symptoms,especially epigastric fullness,epigastric distension and Pain,noisy epigastric cavity,lack of appetite,belching,fatigue,aggravation in cold and loose stool.There was no significant difference between the two groups in acid reflux,dry mouth,bitter mouth symptoms,HP clearance and the incidence of adverse reactions.
