Clinical Study Of Jiaweiqingzhong Tang Combined With Quadruple Therapy On Helicobacter Pylori Associated Chronic Gastritis Of The Dampness-heat Type Of Spleen And Stomach

Objective:In this study,we selected the chronic gastritis associated with Helicobacter pylori of the dampness-heat type of spleen and stomach as the research object,and divided them into two groups.By collecting the research data of the two groups before and after treatment,we statistically analyzed the differences in eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores between the two groups after treatment,in order to prove the superiority and safety of the treatment of chronic gastritis associated with Helicobacter pylori of the dampnes s-heat type of spleen and stomach with Jiaweiqingzhong Tang combined with quadruple therapy,and provide the basis for clinical treatment of suchpatients with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.Methods:There are a total of 70 patients diagnosed with Helicobacter pylori associated chronic gastritis of the dampness-heat type of spleen a nd stomach and meeting the inclusion criteria were selected as subjects in this experiment.By random drawing of lots,They were divided into the control groupand the treatment group,and 35 cases in each group.The standard quadrupletherapy was given in the control group.On the basis of the treatment in the control group,The Jiaweiqingzhong Tang was given in the treatment group in combination.Two groups of subjects were both required to take the drug for two weeks,and the results of Helicobacter pylori expiratory test before and after treatment were compared,and the changes of the Traditronal Chinese Medicine syndrome integral quantization table,evaluating the clinical curative effect ofthe chronic gastritis associated with Helicobacter pylori of dampness-heat type of spleen and stomach of Jiawei qingzhong Tang.Using SPSS 26.0 software for analyzing the data,evaluating the clinical efficacy and safety.The main observation indicators: Helicob acter pylorieradication rate;Secondary observation indicators:Traditronal Chinese Medicine syndrome integral quantitative table evaluation.Results:There were 3 cases in the treatment group and 1 case in the control group who did not take medicine as prescribed,and 2 cases in the control group who took other antibacterial drugs after drug withdrawal.Finally,64 cases were enrolled into the group.The eradication rates of Helic obacter pylori in the treatment group and the control group were 93.8% an d 71.9%,respectively,with P=0.02<0.05.There was significant difference between the two groups,indicating that they were comparable.In terms of improving clinical symptoms,the comparison of overall syndrome scores showed that the treatment group had better clinical efficacy,with the effective rates of 90.6% in the treatment group and 65.6% in the control group,w ith P=0.00<0.05.The differences between the two groups hadstatistical d ifferences and were comparable,The treatment group did better in terms of outcomes.Conclusion:The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori and the improv ement of clinical symptoms of Traditronal Chinese Medicine combined with Western Medicine were higher than the group of using Western Medicine alone.In clinical treatment,the addition of Jiaweiqingzhong Tang on the basis of the standard quadruple treatment can improve the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori to a certain extent and relieve clinical symptoms at the same time.No obvious adverse reactions were observed in all subjects during the study.
