Clinical Observation Of Qingfei Huatan Decoction Combined With Pediatric Massage In The Treatment Of Bronchiolitis Of Phlegm Heat Closed Lung Type

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingfei Huatan Decoction combined with pediatric massage in the treatment of bronchiolitis(phlegm-heat closed lung type),and provide a safe and effective treatment plan for the treatment of bronchiolitis(phlegm-heat closed lung type)in children.Methods: Sixty hospitalized children with bronchiolitis(phlegm-heat closed lung type)were selected.They were randomly divided into 2 groups with 30 people in each group.Control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment group was based on conventional western medicine,plus Qingfei Huatan Decoction combined with pediatric massage.Both groups were treated with 7 days as a course of treatment,and the curative effect was evaluated by observing the changes of clinical symptoms,signs and auxiliary examination results.Results: The total effective rates of control group and treatment group were 93.33% and 96.67% respectively.The clinical efficacy was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in resolving phlegm,relieving cough,relieving asthma and improving chest X-ray.There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups,and the safety was good.Conclusion: Qingfei Huatan Decoction combined with pediatric massage in the treatment of pediatric bronchiolitis(phlegm-heat closed lung type)has definite clinical efficacy,no obvious adverse reactions.It is a safe and effective treatment for the treatment of the disease,is worth widely used and promoted in clinical.
