Study On Electro Sensitivity Of Acupoints Related To Exogenous Cough In Children By Tuina Based On Data Mining

Objective: Based on data mining technology,to sorte out and screen the high-frequency acupoints of modern tuina therapy for infantile exogenous cough.And the electricity acupoint sensitization law of highfrequency acupoints related to tuina treatment of infantile exogenous cough was further explored,so as to provide literature and theoretical basis for acupoint sensitization of Tuina in the treatment of infantile exogenous cough.Methods:Literature research: To formulate retrieval words and retrieval strategies,and lay down a regulation of the inclusion and exclusion criteria of literature.To establish the information table of modern tuina prescriptions.To analyze the high-frequency acupoints,distribution of acupoints and acupoint correlation of massage therapy for infantile exogenous cough by Microsoft Office Excel and IBM SPSS Modeler.Clinical research: Based on high-frequency acupoints of massage therapy for infantile cough by data mining,to measure the the meridian values of high-frequency acupoints and the abnormal state of twelve meridians between the children with cough and healthy children by the meridian detector of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and analysis and comparison of two groups of high-frequency acupoint meridian value and twelve meridians abnormal state difference.Results:Literature research: 195 literatures on infantile cough treated by tuina and 109 literatures on exogenous cough were included.Frequency analysis showed that the high-frequency acupoints were Feijing,Kangong,Danzhong,Neibagua,Feishu,Tianmen,Taiyang,Ganjing,Sanguan,Rugen,tiantu;the most frequently used part was the hand.Analysis of the distribution of acupoints showed that the acupoints used were mainly located on the hand.Correlation analysis showed that the high-frequency matching acupoints are Feijing-Danzhong,Tianmen-Kangong.Clinical research: To compare the meridian values of Feijing,Feishu,Danzhong and Ganjing acupoints in children with exogenous cough and healthy children,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There were abnormal meridians in children with exogenous cough and healthy children.The abnormal rates of lung meridian and large intestine meridian in children with cough were significantly different from those in healthy children(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the abnormal rate of the left and right twelve meridians in healthy children(P>0.05)Conclusion: The high-frequency acupoints of tuina for infantile exogenous cough are Feijing,Kangong,Danzhong,Neibagua,Feishu,etc.Based on the analysis of results of electricity acupoint sensitization,Feijing,Feishu,Danzhong and Ganjing acupoints are sensitized acupoints for children with cough.The lung meridian and the large intestine meridian are closely related to infantile cough in children.
