Summarize The Experience Of Professor Li Yanning In Treating Children Exogenous Cough By Using The Inheritance Of TCM System

AIM: Based on the software of Chinese medicine inheritance support system(V2.0),this paper analyzes the rule of Professor Li in the treatment of children’s exogenous cough,and provides reference.Methods: Collect the medical records of professor Li in treating children’s external cough,input the "Chinese medicine inheritance support system";through the association rules we analyze the type of medicine combination、the type of syndrome-medicine、the corresponding compatibility relations among drugs.Finally,the results are discussed and analyzed.Results:(1)The proportion of wind-heat in the lung was the highest(65.8%).The second was wind-chill lung(20.3%),and the third was wind-dryness lung(13.8%).(2)The medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine for external cough are mainly coldness,warmness and flatness;the taste of medicine is mainly bitterness,spiciness,sweetness;and the meridian is mainly classified as lung,stomach and spleen meridian.(3)The drugs used more than 25 times have 22 flavors.(4)access 5 new prescriptions.Conclusion: Professor Li in the process of treating asthma,mainly with resolving phlegm,asthma medicine and relieving cough,tonic medici nes.Professor Li used the direct treatment of lung syndrome differentiat ion method,including:ventilating lung,clearing lung,releasing lung,m oistening lung,warming lung;Indirect treatment of lung,deficiency syn drome can be used to enrich the spleen,kidney-nourishing treatment,emp irical evidence can be used to purge the liver treatment.
