| Objective:The incidence and detection rate of normal hypertension are increasing year by year, and if not intervened, there is a great risk of further development of hypertension, leading to a continuous increase in the risk of cardiovascular disease.Based on the idea of "treating the disease before it occurs",this study aimed to compare the general data, lifestyle, family genetic history of hypertension, physical activity,sleep,waist-hip ratio,BMI,lipid test index, and TCM physical assessment of 106 normotensive and 102 hypertensive patients. In order to understand the distribution pattern of TCM physique in normal hypertensive population at the same time,to reveal the differences in TCM physique types and related factors between normal hypertensive population and hypertensive patients, and to analyze them statistically,so as to prevent the development of hypertension in people with high-incidence physique types and to reduce the incidence of hypertension.Methods:1.Data collectionA retrospective study method was used to design a case report form based on extensive literature review and combined with expert opinions, relying on a number of hospitals in Shandong Province,to collect the relevant scales from people with normal high blood pressure and those with hypertension.2.Study contentThe scales included general information, lifestyle, family genetic history of hypertension,TCM body mass scale,International Physical Activity Questionnaire(IPAQ),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scale(PSQI),BMI,waist-hip ratio, lipid test index and other relevant information.106 cases of normal hypertensive people and 102 cases of hypertensive patients who met the criteria were included. The enrolled subjects were identified according to the "Chinese Medicine Physique Classification Judgment Standard" promulgated by the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2009.A database was established to enter the relevant data, and statistical analysis was performed to determine the distribution patterns of TCM body types and the differences of related factors between normal hypertensive people and hypertensive patients.Results:1.Distribution of body types: The distribution of TCM body types in the normal hypertensive group was: pinghe(33%)> yangxu(16%)> yinxu(12.3%)> phlegm-damp(8.5%)= blood stasis(8.5%)> damp-heat(7.5%)> qi-yu(6.6%)> qi-vacant(5.7%)>special endowment(1.9%);the distribution of TCM body types in the hypertensive group was The distribution of TCM constitution types in the hypertension group was: pinghe(21.6%)> phlegm-damp(18.6%)> yin-deficiency(16.7%)> blood-stasis(14.7%)>qi-deficiency(11.8%)> yang-deficiency(7.8%)> damp-heat(3.9%)= qi-yu(3.9%)>special endowment(1%).There was no significant difference in the distribution of body type between the normal hypertension and hypertension groups(P>0.05).2.Physical activity: The level of physical activity in the normal hypertensive group was significantly higher than that in the hypertensive group(P<0.05).3.Sleep condition: The sleep quality of the normal hypertensive group was significantly better than that of the hypertensive group(P<0.05).4.Lipid test: Triglyceride and cholesterol levels in the normal hypertensive group were significantly lower than those in the hypertensive group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The main TCM body type in the normal high-value blood pressure group was pingxin, accounting for about 33%;the main TCM body type in the hypertension group was pingxin, accounting for about 21.6%.There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the distribution of body type between the normal hypertensive group and the first-degree hypertensivepatients,i.e.,there was no specific bias,so it was difficult to be detected in life, and many of the initial stages of hypertension were easily overlooked.2.The proportion of physical workers in the normal hypertensive group was significantly lower than that in the hypertensive group(P<0.05),and the proportion of those with a family history of hypertension in the normal hypertensive group was significantly lower than that in the hypertensive group(P<0.05);the BMI index, triglyceride and cholesterol levels in the normal hypertensive group were significantly lower than those in the hypertensive group(P<0.05);the level of physical activity in the normal hypertensive group, the The physical activity level and sleep quality of the normotensive group were significantly better than those of the hypertensive group(P<0.05).Therefore,clinically,people with a family history of hypertension should be screened as early as possible for early intervention, and health management should be strengthened, such as: strengthening physical exercise, maintaining a light diet, reducing stress and improving sleep.3.There was no significant difference in the proportion of the two groups with a history of smoking and alcohol consumption(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in salt intake,waist-to-hip ratio and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The salt intake of the two groups in this study was significantly higher than the low-salt diet prescribed by the World Health Organization: the daily sodium intake of a normal adult should be controlled at about 6g.Insufficient sample size in this study resulted in insignificant differences between the two data groups in terms of salt intake and smoking and drinking history, because high salt intake and smoking and drinking are directly correlated with the development of hypertension. |
