Observation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Qiweitong Brain Complex Formula In The Treatment Of Qi Deficiency Blood Stasis Acute Ischemic Stroke

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Qiwei Tongnaoluo Prescription in treating acute ischemic stroke with qi deficiency and blood stasis,and to comprehensively explore the degree of improvement of this formula in promoting nerve function defects in stroke patients.It provides a scientific basis for the effective clinical efficacy of the party,and provides an effective formula for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods: A random number table method was used to select 60 patients meeting the inclusion criteria from the encephalopathy Department of Zibo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December 2021.The patients were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group received basic treatment,and the treatment group was given internal medicine basic treatment + Qiweitong Brain Complex,and both groups were treated for 21 days(Intravenous infusions are discontinued for 14 days).The two groups were evaluated with NIHSS scale scores,modified Rankin scale scores,and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment.Results:(1)Comparison of general conditions: There was no significant difference in the distribution of gender,age and past history between the two groups,and the comparability was good.(2)Comparison of TCM efficacy:the post-treatment syndrome scores of the two groups decreased compared with before treatment,and the total effective rate of qi deficiency and blood stasis score in the treatment group was 90.00% higher than 56.67% in the control group(P<0.05),indicating a significant difference.(3)Comparison of NIHSS scores: After treatment,NIHSS scores in both groups were lower than before(P<0.05),and neurological function recovery in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.(4)Comparison of Rankin scale scores: Rankin scale scores in both groups decreased after treatment compared with before treatment,and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: The results show that for acute ischemic stroke with qi deficiency and blood stasis,the application of this prescription can play a significant role,especially in the recovery of nerve function defect and improvement of TCM symptoms.
