| Objective:1.To count the general data,clinical symptoms and four diagnostic information of traditional Chinese medicine of patients with hypercoagulable state of advanced gastric cancer.The characteristics of blood stasis syndrome of patients with hypercoagulable state of advanced gastric cancer were observed.2.Patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in hypercoagulable state of advanced gastric cancer were selected.The coagulation index,TCM syndrome score and quality of life score were selected as observation indexes to observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqizhuyu formula,and study the improvement of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment on TCM syndrome and hypercoagulable state of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods:1.Cases included in this study were collected from patients with advanced gastric cancer in the ward and outpatient department of traditional Chinese medicine of Shandong Provincial hospital from December 2019 to December 2021.The data were from the hospital electronic medical record database.The general information,clinical symptoms,four diagnostic information of traditional Chinese medicine and other information of all cases in line with the diagnostic criteria of hypercoagulable state of advanced gastric cancer included in the study were counted,the patients were differentiated according to the TCM syndrome differentiation method,and the distribution of TCM syndrome types of patients with hypercoagulable state of advanced gastric cancer was observed.2.The patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the other one was observation group.The control group was only treated with conventional chemotherapy + low molecular weight heparin without traditional Chinese medicine;On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with Yiqi Zhuyu formula for 4 weeks.The researchers observed the subjects on the 7th and21 st days of treatment,collected various experimental data for effectiveness evaluation,and made clinical case observation tables,Then input the test data in the table into the clinical trial database,conduct statistical analysis,compared the information of the two groups of patients,and study the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Zhuyu formula in the treatment of patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in hypercoagulable state of advanced gastric cancer.Results:1.Features of blood stasis syndrome in hypercoagulable state of advanced gastric cancer(1)General data: the average age of patients was 62.42 ±11.09 years old,and the number of male patients was more than that of female patients.(2)Frequency of TCM symptoms: abdominal pain >fatigue > anorexia > abdominal distension > noisy acid swallowing >loose stool > dark complexion > belching > spontaneous sweating and night sweating > nausea,vomiting > constipation,skin ecchymosis.(3)Tongue image: light white tongue > light purple tongue > red tongue > light red tongue > dark tongue.Tongue shape:fat tongue > cracked tongue > tooth mark tongue.Tongue coating:thin white coating and white greasy coating,thin white coating >White greasy coating > yellow greasy coating > less coating.(4)Pulse: it is mainly composed of both phase and pulse,with string fine pulse > string smooth pulse > sink fine pulse > string pulse >astringent pulse.(5)Syndrome differentiation: mainly Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and phlegm coagulation and blood stasis syndrome.Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome accounts for the highest proportion(38.64%).2.Clinical efficacy of Yiqi Zhuyu recipe(1)General Data:132 patients were included in this study,including 51 patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome based on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation,25 patients in the control group(only conventional conventional therapy)and 26 patients in the observation group(Yiqi Zhuyu Formula added and subtracted on the basis of conventional chemotherapy scheme).In gender and age,no appearance showed significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).(2)Distribution of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome:There was significant difference between the two groups in fatigue symptoms(P<0.01)and dark complexion symptoms(P<0.05);There was significant difference in red tongue between the two groups(P<0.01),and there was significant difference in thin and greasy fur(P<0.05).The pulse condition of the two groups had significant difference in fine pulse,weak pulse and astringent pulse(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant,and there was significant difference in string pulse and smooth pulse(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,and there was no significant difference in other symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)coagulation function:After treatment with Yiqi Zhuyu formula,Platelet levels showed that decreased obviously in the observation group(P<0.05),and the platelet levels in the observation group was the lower one in two groups;The level of D-dimer in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the results were significantly different(P<0.001);Fibrinogen index of control group was higher;In prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time,there was no evidence of significant differencebe could be provided between two groups(P>0.05).(4)TCM syndrome and KPS scores:After treatment with Yiqizhuyu formula,lower level of the TCM syndrome score was appeared in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05),conclusion of fatigue score was same,observation group was lower(P=0.029<0.05).The KPS score had became evidently higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P=0.002<0.01).Conclusion:Yiqizhuyu Formula can significantly improve the hypercoagulable state of patients with advanced gastric cancer,improve the symptom of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in patients with advanced gastric cancer hypercoagulable state,significantly improve the physical condition of patients with advanced gastric cancer hypercoagulable state,and improve the quality of life of patients. |
