Clinical Study Of Zigan Bushen Decoction On Parkinson’s Disease With Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney Yin

Objective:To apply the self-made zigan Bushen Decoction to treat Parkinson’s disease with deficiency of liver and kidney yin,nourishing Yin,softening liver and tonifying liver and kidney,so as to improve the quality of life of patients with Parkinson’s disease.Methods:60 patients with Parkinson’s disease with deficiency of liver and kidney Yin were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.After treatment,the Parkinson’s disease comprehensive score scale,HOEHN YAHR rating scale and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared.All data were analyzed by spss26.0 statistical software for processing.Results:After treatment,the UPDRS and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.The Hoehn-Yahr classification of the treatment group and the control group had no significant change before and after treatment(P>0.05),and the safety indexes of the two groups had no significant change.Conclusion:the application of zigan Bushen Decoction in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency can reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with high safety,which is worthy of wide promotion.
