| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Zigan Bushen Lishui Recipe in treating patients with liver cirrhosis ascites of liverkidney yin deficiency and water stagnation type.Methods: In this study,60 patients with liver cirrhosis ascites of liverkidney yin deficiency and water stagnation type were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given basic western medicine treatment,while the treatment group was given Zigan Bushen Lishui Recipe on the basis of the control group.The total course of treatment was 4 weeks.TBIL,ALT,AST,ALB,PT-T,ascites grade,Child-Pugh grade and TCM symptom score were compared before and after treatment for statistical analysis.Results: Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the data of sex,age,course of cirrhosis ascites,etc.between the two groups,and they were clinically comparable.The comparison results of the observation indicators are as follows:1.After treatment,TBIL,ALT,AST,ALB,PT-T and 24 h urine volume of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that both groups can improve liver biochemical indexes.After treatment,there was a statistical difference between the two groups in terms of increasing patients’ 24-hour urine volume(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference in ameliovating patients’ TBIL,ALT,AST,ALB and PT-T(P>0.05).2.The Child-Pugh grade of the two groups after treatment decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in Child-Pugh grade between treatment group and control group(P>0.05).It is suggested that both groups can effectively improve the liver function score of patients with liver cirrhosis ascites of liver-kidney yin deficiency and water stagnation type,but the effect of the treatment group is similar to that of the control group.3.After treatment,the ascites grade of both groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the grade of ascites in treatment group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).It is suggested that both groups of treatment can reduce the ascites grade of patients with liver cirrhosis ascites due to liver-kidney yin deficiency and water stagnation type,but the treatment group is better than the control group.4.After treatment,the scores of single symptom of TCM in the treatment group decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of single symptom of TCM in the control group showed that the symptoms of dull complexion did not improve(P>0.05),while other symptoms of TCM improved(P<0.05).The treatment group is superior to the control group in improving abdominal distension,soreness of waist and knees,dry mouth and throat,and five upset fever(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms in the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);and the difference between the groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).It is suggested that both groups can reduce the total score of TCM symptoms,but the treatment group is better than the control group.6.The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and the effective rate of the control group was 76.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It suggests that Zigan Bushen Lishui Decoction has a good clinical effect in treating diabetic Peripheral neuropathy of yang deficiency and cold coagulation type.7.No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during and after treatment.Conclusion: Zigan Bushen Lishui Recipe has definite clinical curative effect on liver cirrhosis ascites of liver-kidney yin deficiency and water stagnation type,can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,and has the effect of diuretic effect,with no obvious adverse reactions and good safety. |
