Objective:This study describes the development of rumination thinking, psychological consistency and self-perceived burden in patients with enterostomy; The correlation indexes of rumination thinking, psychological consistency and self feeling burden were analyzed; To explore the main influencing factors of self perceived burden of enterostomy patients,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving the prognosis of enterostomy patients and guiding clinical stoma nursing. Methods:This study is a descriptive study among non-experimental studies.Convenience sampling was adopted to select 264 patients with enterostomy who met the inclusion criteria from February to September 2021 in four tertiary A-level hospitals in Shandong Province as the survey subjects for a questionnaire survey. The assessment scales include the Sense of Consistency Scale Lite, the Rumination Thinking Scale, and the Self-Perceived Burden Scale. The Chinese version of the statistical software SPSS26.0 was used to organize and analyze the data.Results:(1)The mean age of patients with enterostomy in this study was(58.19±12.04)years,and the incidence was mainly male.63.64% had high school education or below,47.73% had per capita monthly income of less than 3000,84.86% had medical insurance,68.18% had permanent colostomy, and 69.7% had stoma complications.(2)In this study, the score of rumination thinking scale for patients with enterostomy was(66.30±11.40)points,with a total score of 22 ~ 88 points..And there were significant differences in age, work status, education level, and stoma complications in patients’ rumination thinking score(P<0.05).(3)In this study, the colostomy patients’ psychological coherence scale score was(68.39±11.46)points,with a total score of 13 ~ 91 points. And there were significant differences in the patients’ psychological coherence scores in terms of age, marital status, education level, and stoma complications(P<0.05).(4)The self-perceived burden scale of patients with enterostomy in this study was(34.11±9.56)points,with a total score of 50 points.25.75% of patients with enterostomy had mild burden,40.91% had moderate burden,29.55% had severe burden, and only 3.79% of patients with enterostomy had no obvious burden. The self-perceived burden score of the research subjects was in the per capita monthly income of the family, education level, stoma complications, and type of stoma.,There was a statistically significant difference in whether the stoma could be reinstated(P<0.05).(5)In this study, there was a positive correlation between rumination thinking and self-perceived burden(r=0.809,P<0.05),and a negative correlation between psychological coherence and self-perceived burden(r=-0.816,P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between thinking and psychological coherence(r=-0.336,P<0.05).(6)Multiple linear regression analysis, family per capita monthly income, education level, stoma complications, stoma type and whether stoma can be included as the main factor that affects the patient’s self-perceived burden(P<0.05),which explained the intestinal stoma. There was a 56.8% variance in patients’ self-perceived burden(F=73.902,P<0.001).Conclusion:(1)The rumination thinking of patients with enterostomy was at a moderately high level, and the rumination thinking of the age <60 group, the retirement group, the education level of junior high school and below, and the group with stoma complications was higher than that of other groups;(2)The sense of psychological coherence is at a moderately low level, and the sense of psychological coherence in the age <60 group, the no-spouse group, the junior high school education level or below, and the group with stoma complications is lower than that of the other groups;(3)The self-perceived burden is at an upper-middle level, and the self-perceived burden of the group with per capita monthly household income < 3000,the group with education level of junior high school and below, and the permanent colostomy group is higher than that of the other groups;(4)There was a positive correlation between rumination thinking and self-perceived burden in patients with enterostomy, and a negative correlation between psychological coherence and self-perceived burden;the lower the patient’s rumination thinking and the higher the psychological coherence, the lighter the self-perceived burden.(5)The per capita monthly income of the family, education level, stoma complications, type of stoma, repayment of stoma, rumination thinking and sense of psychological coherence were the main factors affecting the patients’ self-perceived burden.
