From the perspective of positive psychology, this study explored the relationship between violence exposure(stress factor),ruminant thinking(susceptibility factor),sense of hope(protectivefactor)and adolescent suicidal ideation on the basis of the theoretical model of stress-susceptibility model, violence ecological transmission system. With a view to improving the problem of suicidal ideation among teenagers. There are two studies in this study.Study 1:a study on the relationship between ruminating thinking, violent exposure and hope on suicidal ideation in adolescents. Objective:to explore the relationship between violent exposureand suicidal ideation in adolescents.Methods:4498 adolescents from three schools in Hefei and Chuzhou were investigated by Adolescent suicidal ideation scale, violence exposure scale,Ruminant thinking scale and Hope scale. The results show that:(1)the rate of adolescent suicidal ideation is 24.2%;(2)violent exposure positively predicts adolescent suicidal ideation.Ruminant thinking plays an intermediary role in the relationship between violent exposure and suicidal ideation;(3)the sense of hope regulates the three-stage pathway of the intermediary model of violent exposure to "ruminant thinking" suicidal ideation.Study 2:psychological group counseling intervention and effect evaluation. Objective:on the basis of study 1,from the point of view of ruminating thinking,to explore the effect of intervention on adolescent suicidal ideation.Methods:22adolescents with suicidal ideation were selected and divided into two, experimental group and control group.11 students in the experimental group received psychological group counseling for eight weeks, while the control group did not receive any intervention. The results show that the psychological group counseling with the theme of ruminating thinking has a significant effect on improving teenagers’ suicidal ideation.General conclusion:(1)The effect of violent exposure on adolescent suicidal ideation is a moderated mediating effect,in which violent exposure not only directly affects suicidal ideation, but also indirectly affectssuicidal ideation through ruminating thinking.Hope slows down the effect of violent exposure on ruminative and suicidal ideation.(2)Psychological group counseling for ruminating thinking can effectively reduce and alleviate the level of suicidal ideation inadolescents.
