| Objective:This study aims to investigate sense of coherence, family function and self-perceived burden in stroke patient, also to learn the correlation among sense of coherence、family function and self-perceived burden in stroke patients. Then explore the main factors that influence the patients self-perceived burden and clarify the mechanism of sense of coherence and family function on the self-perceived burden. All of this can help to provide suggestions for stroke patients on mitigating their self-perceived burden. In addition, all of this can provide theoretical reference for further study. Methods:This study applies cross-sectional investigation method. From December 2018 to July 2019 we picked 230 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients by attribute-abstract from neurology ward four first-class ternary hospitals in Jilin province for investigation.By the use of Sense of Coherence-13(SOC-13),Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scales(FACES Ⅱ-CV),Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS),respectively in patients with sense of coherence, family function and self-perceived burden, will collect the data processing using SPSS 19.0 statistical software package and AMOSS22.0 statistical software package.Results:(1)In this study, the total score of sense of coherence of stroke patients was(64.80±8.40),and the sense of coherence of stroke patients with different marital status, educational level, family per capita monthly income and medical expenses payment method had statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)The scores of family intimacy and family adaptability of stroke patients were(68.70±9.05)and(44.68±7.98),respectively.The average monthly income of different families had statistical significance in family intimacy and adaptability(P<0.05),There was statistical significance in the family adaptability of stroke patients with different marital status, educational level, family per capita monthly income and medical expense payment method(P<0.05).(3)The score of self-perceived burden of stroke patients was(30.77±6.00).There was statistical significance in the self-perceived burden of stroke patients with different gender, marital status, educational level, family per capita monthly income, medical expenses payment method, degree of understanding of the disease, and main caregivers in hospital(P<0.05).(4)The scores of sense of coherence in stroke patients were positively correlated with the scores of family function(r=0.544,P<0.01),negatively correlated with the scores of self-perceived burden(r=-0.652,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with the scores of family function and self-perceived burden(r=-0.569,P<0.01).(5)Sense of coherence, family adaptability, educational level, gender, and understanding of the disease were all included in the regression equation affecting the self-perceived burden of stroke patients, and 52.6%of the variance of self-perceived burden could be explained jointly(F=51.765,P<0.001).(6)Sense of coherence negatively predicts self-perceived burden, family function negatively predicts self-perceived burden, and sense of coherence plays a part of mediating role in family function and self-perceived burden.Conclusion:(1)The sense of coherence of stroke patients is at a medium low level, while the self-perceived burden of stroke patients is at a medium level.(2)The higher the sense of coherence of stroke patients, the better the family function; The higher the sense of coherence and family function, the lighter the self-perceived burden.(3)The important factors inflluencing the self-perceived burden of stroke patients include sense of coherence, family adaptability, educational level, gender, and understanding of the disease.(4)The family function of stroke patients has a negative predictive effect on the self-perceived burden, and the sense of coherence has a negative predictive effect on the self-perceived burden.Besides, the sense of coherence is the mediating variable of the impact of family function on the self-perceived burden. |
