At the end of 2019,COVID-19 outbreak seriously affected people’s normal life such as study,work and travel.At the individual level,the damage to the respiratory system and the after-effects of infection also take a toll on people’s health.It is an important task to take measures to prevent and control the COVID-19 outbreak.However,after the outbreak of the epidemic,the vaccination and promotion work was not smooth.How to use media channels to do a good job in vaccine promotion,improve people’s awareness of the novel coronavirus vaccine,and enhance people’s willingness to vaccinate is an important work.At present,most studies on the epidemic are focused on the medical and health field,and few studies have explored the influence and mechanism of media channels on people’s willingness to vaccinate from the perspective of health communication.Therefore,based on the health belief model,this study discusses the people from the traditional media,new media and interpersonal discussion on the three channels for new epidemic information and obtain will affect how an individual’s perception to new crown outbreak(susceptibility and severity of COVID-19),the perception of the new champions league vaccine(perceived benefits and perceived barriers and action clues),And the influence mechanism of the above factors such as personal psychological perception on the willingness to vaccinate against COVID-19.The results show that:First of all,through independent sample T-test,it is found that the nine main variables of this study are different in gender,age and income level to varying degrees.Secondly,the structural equation model is used to analyze 621 sample data and test the hypothesis model.The results show that the research hypothesis of this study has been partially verified:The use of traditional media are able to positively influence people to the severity of perception,the use of new media to be able to positively influence people to disease susceptibility of perception and vaccination yields clues of perception and action,negative influence people vaccinated obstacle perception,and interpersonal discussion for severity,the benefits of vaccination,barriers and clues of perception has positive influence on action.The perceived benefits and action cues of vaccination had positive effects on people’s vaccination intention,while the perceived barriers had negative effects on people’s vaccination intention.The research results help to further clarify the mechanism of action of different types of media channels in the process of influencing people’s willingness to vaccinate from the perspective of health communication,and at the same time expand the application of the health communication model to a certain extent.In addition,the conclusions of this article also.have a certain reference effect on how relevant departments can make good use of different types of information platforms to do a good job of prevention and control when facing major public health incidents.
