The incidence of cervical cancer is second only to breast cancer and becomes the second most serious malignancy that threatens women’s health.According to statistics, there are more than 10,000 cases of new cases each year in the world, and nearly half of them have died of the disease.China is the second largest country in the world with the incidence of cervical cancer after Chile. The study of 99.7% of cervical cancers was caused by infection with human papillomavirus(HPV).HPV vaccine plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer. With the improvement of the medical level and the improvement of the medical system, the health communication business should have a broader development prospect, and the people’s awareness of preventive health care should have a more significant increase.Chinese people’s propensity to consume and awareness of HPV vaccines are of great significance to the promotion of health communication. The technology acceptance model(TAM)is based on rational behavior theory and draws on related theories such as self-efficacy theory and expectation theory model, and can well study the acceptance of information technology. As a technical achievement,HPV vaccine has its own characteristics of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use,and is affected by external variables. Its promotion and implementation nodes conform to the TAM model. In this study,Guangzhou,Hong Kong, and Macao were used as research sites.According to the actual situation of the HPV vaccine, the relevant variables of the TAM model were specifically revised.Within the framework, media contact was used as the main variable, combined with demographic variables. The college students from both sides of the strait were selected for sampling. There are differences in the social development between the mainland and Hong Kong and Macao regions. There are also many differences in the prevention and treatment of HPV and the promotion of HPV vaccines. This study used a combination of questionnaires and in-depth interviews to study the effect of media exposure on the injection of HPV by consumers.Factors affecting the willingness of the vaccine. In this effort,we seek to find a universal policy program that is suitable for the promotion of HPV vaccines and prevention of cervical cancer.
