| Liupan Mountain’s wild compound-leaf grape has strong cold resistance and can survive the winter naturally and safely in Liupan Mountain.The grape germplasm resources are of great significance for protecting the ecological environment and breeding grapes for cold resistance.In this study,we studied the genetic diversity of 19 female plants selected from the Wild Vitis vinifera population in Liupan Mountain province by morphological and physiological markers,it is expected to provide some reference for the conservation and utilization of Wild Vitis multifolia germplasm resources in Liupan Mountain,Ningxia.The results showed that:(1)the morphological indexes of 19 new superior plants of Liupan Mountain compound leaf grape were different among different superior plants and different characters.In this study,the average coefficient of variation of integrated morphological indexes was 22.33%.Among all the indexes,the variability of leaf weight,100-seed weight,tannin and anthocyanin was greater(>25%).The variation coefficients of leaf weight and tannin were 32%and 36%,respectively,and the variation coefficients of these traits were above 30%,which indicated that the variation of phenolic compounds was high in the mature fruits of 19 Liupan Mountain compound-leaved grape lines.(2)correlation analysis of 9 physiological characters of compound-leaf grape at fruit ripening stage:leaf length and leaf width,leaf width and leaf weight,100-kernel weight and spike weight,leaf width and total phenol,weight and total phenol,there was a significant correlation between total sugar and anthocyanins(p<0.05),and there was a significant positive correlation between leaf width and leaf weight(p<0.01).The results of cluster analysis showed that CF3 and CF18 samples had the longest genetic distance and rich diversity.(3)the results showed that the variation of fruit quality among the Wild Vitis vinifera in Liupan Mountain was within the range of normal fluctuation,but it also has a high genetic richness,that is,there is also the occurrence of inter-strain variability.(4)the data of monomer phenol index indicated that reasonable cluster analysis was carried out among the selected lines.The 19 selected wild lines can be divided into four categories,in which the first category is still the large base line number,including 12 selected lines,accounting for 63.15%of the total selected lines,the fourth type,including CF3,CF4,CF18 and CF19,belongs to the IV-class distance strain type.The 4 strains of the fourth type had the best matching relationship in the degree of genetic relationship or variation.(5)the variation coefficients of six main aroma traits of 19 new Liupan Mountain compound leaf grape cultivars were 20.71%~73.19%,the order of the quantitative traits was esters>aldehydes>acids>ethers>alcohols>phenolic ketones according to the coefficient of variation.The 19 germplasm materials could be divided into 3 groups at a distance of 3.5.Among them,the first group had the deepest genetic distance variation and rich diversity,including CF13,CF16,CF18 and CF3.(6)CF18 and CF3 were the common samples with long genetic distance selected by comprehensive physical and chemical indexes,monomer phenol indexes and aroma indexes.A total of 85 volatile compounds were identified from the two selected samples,including aroma components and Quantitative analysis,there are 32 alcohols,14 esters,9 acids,15 phenolic ketones,15 aldehydes and 2 ethers.The contents of total substances were 15183.287 and 14196.914 μg·1-1 respectively. |
