The rural drinking water safety has a great impact on the implementation of China’s new rural construction and rural revitalization strategy.Improving the drinking water conditions in rural areas and improving the rural drinking water safety management mode is an eternal topic to solve the rural drinking water problems.Longli rural drinking water safety management model in this paper,the province by the interpretation,extracting the rural drinking water safety good experience and practices,improve rural drinking water safety management level,adjust measures to local conditions for other similar area to establish rural drinking water safety management of long-term mechanism to provide optimized path,promote rural further implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating.The research object of this paper is the rural drinking water safety management model of Longli County,Guizhou Province.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,purpose and significance of the topic of the paper.Through the sorting of domestic and foreign literature,it expands and enrichis the research content of relevant theories,and provides a new direction and new perspective for the study of rural drinking water safety.And the comprehensive use of literature analysis,field research method,comparative analysis,to provide rich method guidance for the article;The second part firstly defines the related core concepts of drinking water safety and rural drinking water safety management mode,and then describes the key points of property rights theory,new public service theory,collaborative governance theory and sustainable development theory,providing theoretical support for the study of rural drinking water safety management mode in Longli County.The third part firstly summarizes the basic situation of the study area from three aspects of physical geography,social economy and water resources,then elaborates the five development stages of drinking water in Longli County,and finally summarizes the current situation of rural drinking water safety management in Longli County from four aspects of property rights system,market operation,level management and safeguard measures.The fourth part uses the comparative analysis method to analyze and deconstruct the four management models in longli county rural areas in detail from the three aspects of model flow,model characteristics and typical areas.In the fifth part,according to the survey data,comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method is used to analyze the effect of farmers’ satisfaction with drinking water under the four management modes.The results show that:Corporate management mode of the highest satisfaction,followed by the villagers’ autonomy management pattern and government subsidies management mode,service outsourcing management mode of satisfaction,and generalizes the problems in each mode,including corporate management departments with high difficulty,the problem of low water price satisfaction,villagers’ autonomy management problems of emergency management service satisfaction is low,The problem of government subsidy management mode is that the satisfaction degree of water convenience is low,and the satisfaction degree of water supply assurance rate is low in the service outsourcing management mode.The reasons for the low satisfaction of the evaluation index are analyzed.The sixth part,according to the existing problems of each model,puts forward targeted opinions and suggestions from four aspects:actively promoting the reform of rural water price,establishing emergency management guarantee system,strengthening water source protection and water quality monitoring,and strengthening the construction of drinking water infrastructure.
