Study On The Effect Evaluation Of Rural Drinking Water Safety Project Managememt Mode In Yuepuhu County

Food is the most important thing for the people,and water is the first.Ensuring drinking water safety is related to people’s health,vital interests and happy life.Rural drinking water safety project is a major rural water conservancy infrastructure.It is the key link to consolidate the achievements of rural poverty eradication and realize the strategy of Rural Revitalization in the current new era.Based on the field investigation,this paper summarizes the current situation of the operation and management of the direct management mode of the rural water supply station in Yuepuhu County,and selects the evaluation indexes that can be assessed according to the management mode.The evaluation system is mainly composed of 4primary indicators and 13 secondary indicators of economic benefits,social benefits,drinking water safety and professional management,and the meaning of each indicator is explained.After scoring by many experts and questionnaire survey,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to comprehensively evaluate the direct management mode of rural water supply terminal.After calculation,it is concluded that the disadvantages of the administrative led management mode are prominent,the government does not distinguish between enterprises and enterprises,and the rigid operation mechanism seriously restricts the social and economic development of the region.Therefore,it is urgent to implement the reform of management system and explore a new mode of operation management.In order to cut down operating costs and ameliorate water quality and make the party’s policy of benefiting the people benefit the masses of all ethnic groups,Yuepuhu County accelerated the construction of urban and rural water supply network and implemented the urban-rural water supply integration project.According to the research on the reform of business institutions and the successful experience of the transformation of urban and rural water supply integration into enterprises in brother counties and cities,actively explore the corporate operation and management mode of urban and rural water supply integration,so as to ensure the sustainable development of the operation and management of drinking water projects.Finally,in order to make the new model operate healthily,according to the problems existing in the old model and the problems exposed by the domestic integrated management model of urban and rural water supply,this paper puts forward reference optimization suggestions for the new model,and summarizes the development direction that should be paid more attention to in the operation and management of rural drinking water safety engineering in the future.
