Design And Imlementation Of Intelligent Conference Management System Based On Conference Process

Meeting is a universal social phenomenon,it refers to organized,led and purposeful deliberative activities.An efficient conference management system is not only a useful tool for enterprises and individuals,but also effectively saves the time of relevant personnel.With the rapid development of social economy,the frequency and scale of conference activities have shown a rapid increase,and the demand for conference management has become increasingly urgent.Existing conference management systems,such as conference cloud,quasi-arrival,and second-level meetings,mostly focus on one or more conference tasks,such as conference registration,conference sign-in,and venue interaction.They do not provide the function of meeting process customization.In addition,the existing conference management system mostly relies on task performers and task reviewers to communicate the completion of tasks by telephone,text messages,etc.to manage the meeting process,and lacks automated management methods for meeting organization processes.In addition,when meeting organizers need to find participants,they can only do so through traditional methods such as newspapers and TV advertisements,which lack functions such as accurately finding participants for the meeting.In order to solve the shortcomings of the current conference management system,this paper designs and implements an intelligent conference management system based on the conference process.This article first summarizes the core business processes of conference management such as user management,conference management,template management,etc.,summarizes the functional requirements of the system,and summarizes the non-functional requirements from the perspectives of system security,stability,and response speed,and then focuses on the conference process Human management has the problems of message lag and low efficiency.The task management engine based on the improved time-scale network diagram is used to realize the meeting process management.Aiming at the difficulty of finding the participants,the meeting user recommendation system based on the improved collaborative training algorithm is designed.On the basis of demand analysis,this paper designs and implements an intelligent meeting management system based on the meeting process.The system is designed from the three aspects of architecture,database,and functional modules to realize meeting management,venue management,event management,task management,System functions such as user management.The test results show that the intelligent meeting management system based on the meeting process can promote the meeting process,realize the precise search for participants for the meeting,reduce the work intensity of the meeting organizer,and realize the efficient management of the meeting.
