The Design And Implementation Of Meeting Management Information System

Conference management is one of the most important parts in the process of local council government office conference and conference rooms'management. As our scale turns larger and larger, conference rooms are gradually increasing; recently, the number of application institutions is over 90, all of these facts increase the difficulty and complexity of conference management, especially in the flow of applying for a conference. With the help of conference management system, it can strengthen the management of college, improve work efficiency, and enhance work quality. The conference management system is developed in this background.This article comes with the thought of Object Oriented, I choose UML as a design and analysis tool to obtain relevant requirement, in order to analyze requirement and design system. In line with the feature of the system and users, modules of the system have 2 kinds of system architectures which are B/S and C/S. Windows system is the running platform and Tomcat is system Web container, I use Java programming language, SSH which is based on MVC, JSP, DAO to make these functions come true, such as conference room view, apply for a conference, conference check, conference cancel, settle accounts. The distribution of system resource is implemented by authority management in order to strengthen the safety of the system. The conference management system is easy to operate, to strengthen so as to make this system more valuable.With the help of conference management system, application institutions can apply for a conference and manage their conferences conveniently, managers can check and print conference details easily. It can help enhance work efficiency, however, it works.
