In today's Internet+ wave,the convergence of traditional industries and the Internet can improve the efficiency of traditional industries,save their operating costs,and bring new vitality.For companies,the increase in business volume will lead to an increase in meetings,and the use of traditional manual meeting management will bring many problems.For example,before the meeting,the traditional management meeting has problems such as lengthy appointment process,difficulty in notifying and modifying the meeting time in time,etc.During the meeting,there are problems such as the inability to control the meeting in time.After the meeting,there are problems such as the inability to comprehensively summarize and analyze the situation of the meeting.The above problems have made the company's labor cost and time cost increase invisibly.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a conference management system to solve the problem of rising company costs caused by these problems.The conference management system is divided into system management module,conference room management module,reservation management module,monitoring management module and conference statistics module.The system management module and the conference room management module are designed for the administrator.According to the conference process,the system designed the reservation module,monitoring management and conference statistics module for the user.The implementation of this system adopts the microservice architecture to split the system into five microservices.The development and management of microservices uses the Spring Cloud tool suite,which separates the front and back ends of each microservice,the Rest API microservice and Web UI micro service are designed to achieve high concurrent operation of the system.and the back end implementation uses the Java language to implement the business logic layer and the relational database to store data.Among them,the implementation and control of the conference video is achieved by calling Cisco's conference server.The conference management system is carried out due to the software development process,that is,the requirements and design are carried out in the process of implementation and testing.The conference management system has advantages as following: the well-completed reservation function before the conference,and the control of the video conference and the summary and analysis of the entire conference after the meeting.After the conference management system was developed,the efficiency of the conference reservation process was greatly improved,at the same time,the system's audio and video greatly saved the company's manpower and financial costs,and greatly saved the management of conference room resources.
