Research And Analysis On Conference Management System Of Jiangxi Institute Of Technology

In today’s highly information intensive, working efficiency, environment, coupled with the school area of amplification, the traditional conference pattern is restricting the development of the school and the development of school and is very coordinated, and founded Jiangxi College of engineering has a history of thirty years. In the education teaching has a rich experience, with success in school undergraduate applications, school development and school running orientation suggests higher requirements, so video conferencing system is the times and social development product.This paper adopts the object-oriented software development methods, first i ntroduced the video conference system of the Jiangxi engineering research back ground, significance and status of research and application at present, the main work of the thesis and research contents; secondly analyses and optimization of business processes, business analysis and research are used in the process of the development method of UML modeling technology with the object oriente d system to complete the business description, using VISIO modeling tool for the problems of the system, the organization, the original business processes ar e analyzed in this paper, we presented the optimized business process, the focu s is on the optimization of business processes in the main business of the orig inal optimization analysis of business of refining the original; third, the analysi s of the system function, the paper adopts VISIO modeling tool for the system role, the system use case analysis and use case description The detailed descr iption, clear the function of the system, and then gives the overall function of the system package sub graphs and function package diagram; fourth, data anal ysis in data analysis, through the relationship between boundary class, entity cl ass and the class, for each case of the data dependencies are analyzed, produc ed the system entity class, according to the relationship between entity classes, the formation of the system class diagram. On this basisthe database tables ar e designed. The system will realize the meeting agenda management, meeting management, material management, personnel management, system management and other functions. At the end of the paper, we summary the research and a nalysis work and the further work is prospected.
