Currently, bullying behavior is common in the middle school campus,with increasing public concern, people are increasingly aware of the tremendous impact of school bullying on students. Bullying behavior occurs on the student brings physical and psychological harm, while also on the academic and interpersonal huge obstacle, which is the major uncertainties of Campus Security. For students being bullied, bullying long will lead to low self-esteem, depression, weariness and other adverse reactions, as well as its stable adolescence healthy growth adversely; and bullying classmates, if not for their actions to correct, will gradually develop to violence to solve problems of behavior patterns, easily onto the criminal path.Cause bullying generated are many, there are reasons for the individual’s own characteristics, but also affect the way of family education, society, campus environment also produces its effects can not be ignored, which requires us to solve the problem of campus bullying has a system theory perspective, from a multi-faceted, integrated control solutions to the problems in the system, while the main case can build support networks.In this study, the basic theory of social work as a guide, the use of case work methods,combined with the advantages Perspective,through professional techniques and methods to help solve the case of the main problems, restore and improve the social functions, to enhance their ability to grow healthy purpose. The first part is to introduce the concepts and theoretical methods, and the second part is a detailed analysis about bullying behavior, and the third part is the specific case counseling, the last part is the lack of reflection and professional. By conducting casework, forming practical method of social workers involved in bullying incidents, hoping to provide reference for the schools of social work and youth social work.
