Study On The Identification Scale Of Heart And Liver Constitution In Children In Traditional Chinese Medicine Based On Delphi Method

Purpose:Literature review and Delphi method were used to clarify the types of children's heart and liver physique in TCM,and to study various types of physique identification scales to provide a basis for children's heart and liver physique identification.Method:1.By reviewing the relevant literature concerning the classification of children's heart and liver physique in the past 30 years,combining the theory of Chinese medicine and the characteristics of children's heart and liver constitution,using the frequency analysis method,the common classification of children's heart and liver physique and the entry pool of various types of physique are initially formed.2.Develop questionnaires based on the preliminarily formed common classifications and item pools.Based on the Delphi method,select a number of experts from all over the country who have certain experience in physical identification or who have been engaged in pediatrics for many years and have rich clinical experience.Three rounds of questionnaire surveys were conducted to investigate the degree of recognition of the experts on the physique classification.The experts were asked to evaluate the importance of the items,and the experts were asked to propose amendments to the content of the items,and the experts were asked to propose supplementary items based on their own experience.3.All the relevant data of the three rounds of questionnaire surveys are organized in the form of Excel tables,and the data is imported into SPSS 26.0 software for statistics and analysis.The basic information of the experts is statistically analyzed,and the experts' positive coefficient and expert authority coefficient are calculated by means and standards.The difference and importance percentage statistics describe the degree of concentration of expert opinions,and the coefficient of variation,coordination coefficient,and chi-square test statistics describe the degree of coordination of expert opinions,and the items are screened by the boundary value screening method.Results:1.Heart and liver constitution item pool: there are 18 items for heart-fire vigorous type,15 items for heart-fire vigorous type,and 13 items for heart-failure and timid type.2.Children's heart and liver physique classification: exuberant heart-fire,exuberant heart-fire,weak heart and timidity3.The composition of each type of physique identification scale:(1)Exuberant temperament composed of 13 entries: upset,restless;hyperactive,inattentive;difficulty falling asleep,easy to wake up;more dreams;red complexion;dry mouth and thirsty,happy cold drink;yellow urine,or frequent urination;heat afraid;easily excited,short-tempered;easily erosive mouth;red tongue;yellow and dry coating;pulse number.(2)The irritable nature of anger composed of 11 entries: love to sulky;impatient temper,easy to get angry;easy to get emotional after being unsuccessful;hyperactive,lack of concentration;not deep sleep,easy to wake up;dry stool,usually easy to constipation;bitter mouth;more eyesight;red tongue;yellow fur;pulse string number.(3)Guilty conscience and timidity composed of 11 entries: bad complexion;light lips;faint and easy to startle;emotionally fragile,sentimental,worrying;easy to be nervous;more dreams,easy to dream;not easy falling asleep,falling asleep and awakening easily;fatigue;happy sigh;light tongue,thin white fur;sometimes heart palpitations.Conclusion:The Heart-fire Exuberant Quality Identification Scale,Liver-fire Exuberant Quality Identification Scale,Heart Deficiency and Cowardice Quality Identification Scale are formed on the basis of literature review and Delphi method,which are reliable and representative.The results of this study provide an identification basis for further research on the constitution of the heart and liver of Chinese medicine in children.
