Purpose:The study aimed to analyze and investigated finite the constitution classification of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection by expert questionnaire,using the Delphi method.Summarizing the constitution children with recurrent respiratory tract infection and providing the theoretical basis to formulate the content of the ?Chinese medicine prevention of disease · Chiropractic therapy intervenes children recurrent respiratory tract infections? Methods:1.Collect documentation: searching documentation of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections of TCM constitution type points related to the ancient and modern literature,meanwhile,evaluating and sorting,summarizing it.2.Formulate and send the questionnaire: Formulate the first round of expert questionnaire using of sorting result and send it to preferential paediatrician.Use first brought the recycling results of revised the previous survey form the second round of the questionnaire,once again sending to the experts.3.Conclusion the questionnaire and statistical analysis: Data processing using the software of Excel input data.The indicators evaluation analysis using expert opinion concentration index and expert opinion coordination index.It's preserved that the index's expert opinion concentration average((?))> 1.0 and rank sum(S)> 16,expert opinion coordination degree coefficient of variation(CV)< 0.4.Results:1.The first round of expert questionnaire: Organize experts' identification degree,importance,coordination degree supplementary opinions of each purpose.in order to observe the trend of expert opinion.It guide the formation and conclusion generation of the second round of questionnaires.2.The second round of expert questionnaire: The retention of the constitution classification and their respective characteristics are preserved,and the results of the questionnaire are obtained,and those who do not satisfy the reservation condition are deleted.Conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicine constitution classification standard of children with Recurrent respiratory tract infections: Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,Qi and Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency,phlegm-dampness constitution,dampness-heat constitution,and retention of food heat constitution.2.Characteristics of different constitutions(1)Qi deficiency characteristics: Timid low voice,Shortness of breath and lazy speech,Fatigued and weak,Poor appetite,Hyperhidrosis,Tastelessness and pale lip,Pink tongue fat tender teeth marks,Feeble and slow pulse.(2)Yin deficiency characteristics: Palm heat and planter fever,Dry mouth and throat,Thirsty for cold drinks,Dry stool,Flushed complexion,Red tongue,less saliva and less moss,Thin and profound or counted pulse(3)Qi and Yin deficiency characteristics: Emaciation,Sweating,Fatigued and weak,Timid low voice,Shortness of breath and lazy speech,Poor appetite,Palm heat and planter fever,Dry mouth and throat,Thirsty for cold drinks,Flushed complexion,Dry stool,Red tongue,less saliva and less moss,Thin and profound or counted pulse(4)Yang deficiency characteristics: The usual fear of cold,lack of warmth in the extremities,lassitude,Warm diet,Clear urine in large amounts,thin sloppy stool,The tongue is light and tender with teeth marks,slow and sunken pulse.(5)phlegm-dampness constitution characteristics: Obesity,Drowsihead,not well,Sputum or throat phlegm,Urinate little or slightly,Normal or irregular bowel movements,The tongue is fat and white and greasy,slippery pulse.(6)dampness-heat constitution characteristics: Dry,dry,sticky or sticky bowel movements,Reddish tongue with yellow greasy coating,Slippery and counted pulse.(7)retention of food heat constitution characteristics: Red face rough,Thirsty cold drink,Xerocheilia,Restless night sleep,Abdominal fullness,Palm heat and planter fever,kakostomia and dry pharynx,Poor appetite and dry stool,Red tongue,Slimy yellow fur,Slippery and counted pulse.
