Screening Of Children's Six Meridian Body Mass Scale Entries Based On Delphi Method

Objective: On the basis of the previous literature research,the Delphi method was used to conduct an expert questionnaire survey on the identification standards of the six meridians of children,clarify the physique classification of the six meridians of children,and clarify the core items for the identification of the six meridians of children,so as to provide the children with the six meridians.The formation of the initial physical fitness scale laid the foundation.Methods:1.Using the method of combining manual and network retrieval to collect and consult the literature related to children's physique and the six meridian physique;summarize and comb the six meridian physique classification and identification methods,and combine the children's physiological and pathological characteristics to establish the children's six A theoretical framework based on physique classification;according to the framework,representative items of various physique characteristics are extracted to form a pool of children's six meridian physique items;2.Prepare an expert questionnaire and ask the experts to evaluate the importance of each item;after the questionnaire is collected,use Excel2016 and SPSS26.0 to establish a database to evaluate the relevant indicators reflecting the concentration of expert opinions and the degree of expert coordination(expert positive coefficient and authority Coefficient,full score ratio,mean value,coordination coefficient and coefficient of variation,etc.)for statistical analysis;3.According to statistical data and expert opinions,three rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were prepared successively,and the threshold method was used to select items.Based on the results of the first round of item screening and expert opinions,establish a list of items to be deleted and added,and ask experts to review and confirm again in the second round;in the second round of expert consultation,calculate the deletion consent rate and increase of items to be deleted and added The consent rate is used to determine the additions and deletions of items;the third round of expert consultation,according to the results of the cut-off method,retains the items that meet the inclusion criteria,and finally deletes the items that do not meet the three inclusion indicators.Results:1.Three rounds of expert questionnaire surveys,expert positive coefficients were 96.67%,93.34%,96.67%,and authority coefficients were 0.9621,0.9608,and 0.9586 respectively.Experts are relatively authoritative and are highly motivated to participate;2.After the first round of expert consultation,the list of items to be deleted contains a total of13 items.Among them,there are 1 entry each for solar type A constitution,solar type B constitution,and Shaoyin thermal constitution,2 entries each for Shaoyang constitution,Taiyin constitution,and Shaoyin cold constitution,and 4 entries for Jueyin constitution;to be added The entry list contains 3 entries,including 2 entries for Sun B constitution and 1 entry for Yangming constitution.After the second round of expert consultation,the results of additions and deletions to the list of items to be deleted and to be added are as follows: 1 item is reserved for Sun A physique,1 item is reserved for Sun B physique,and 2 items are added;1 item is added for Yangming physique;Shaoyang physique deleted 2 entries;Taiyin physique retained and deleted 1 entry;Shaoyin cold physique retained 2 entries;Shaoyin thermal physique retained1 entry;Jueyin physique deleted 4 entries.After the third round of expert consultation,the final item pool formed a total of 67 items.Among them,6 are solar type A constitution,8 are solar type B constitution,10 are Yangming constitution,7 are Shaoyang constitution,12 are Taiyin constitution,7 are Shaoyin-cold type constitution,and 8 are Shaoyin-heat type constitution,9 are Jueyin physique.Conclusion:This study conducted a preliminary exploration of the methods and standards for the identification of children's six meridians,conducted three rounds of expert surveys using the Delphi method,reached a consensus on the classification of children's six meridians,and clarified the core identification items for children's six meridians.The formation of the Six Meridian Physical Fitness Scale for Children laid the foundation.
