The Classification Of Children's Constitution Based On The Three Organs Of The Lung, Spleen And Kidney And The Screening Of The Items Of The Body Mass Scale

Objective:The literature research method was used to determine the identification standard of lung,spleen and kidney constitution and the item database of the body mass scale,and the Delphi method was used to screen the scale items to provide a basis for clinical identification of lung,spleen and kidney constitution in children.Method:1.Literature research: apply literature and informatics to collect and study related literature on physique of children’s lung,spleen and kidney,carry out theoretical analysis and summary,determine the physique identification standard,sort out the frequency of words related to the physique of children’s lung,spleen and kidney to determine the entry pool of the body mass table.2.Delphi expert questionnaire survey: Design three rounds of item importance evaluation questionnaires,use Likert scale method to assign scale items,and distribute questionnaires and questionnaires to 30 Chinese medicine pediatrics and physique experts from all regions of the country by email After recovery,Excel software and SPSS26.0 software were used to calculate the expert positive coefficient,and the mean,full score ratio,and coefficient of variation of each item were statistically analyzed.The items were screened by the boundary value method,and the expert Kendall coordination coefficient was analyzed.Finally,the items of the Children’s Lung,Spleen and Kidney Constitution Recognition Scale were initially screened.Result:1.Retrieve and download 32 literatures related to lung,spleen and kidney constitution.After sorting and screening,select 21 literatures for word frequency statistics to form 5 types of lung,spleen and kidney constitution identification,including 50 items.2.The positive numbers in the three rounds of Delphi expert questionnaire surveys were 96%,96%,and 100% respectively.The final results of selecting items based on the average number of items,the ratio of full marks,and the boundary value of the coefficient of variation are as follows:Lung deficiency:(1)low voice(not loud speaking),(2)pale tongue,white fur,(3)pale complexion,(4)fear of wind,(5)fatigue,lazy speech,(6)spontaneous sweating,(7)weak pulse,(8)easy to catch a cold Deficiency of the spleen:(1)thin or fat body,(2)dark yellow skin,(3)soft muscles,(4)fatigue,(5)thin stools or indigestible food,(6)pale tongue,or teeth marks on the tongue,(7)poor appetite,(8)If you eat too much,you will feel obvious discomfort in the gastric cavity Spleen-yin deficiency quality:(1)The lip color is bright red,the quality is dry,(2)The sleep is disturbed,(3)Easy to night sweats,(4)Hands,feet and heart are hot,(5)Red tongue with little moss,(6)Droppy pulse,(7)Constipation,(8)Pleasure to drink water Kidney Yang Deficiency:(1)Normally afraid of cold,(2)Limbs are not warm,(3)Pulse is heavy or slow,(4)White and moisturized,(5)Loose stools,(6)Slow teeth,(7)Short and thin individuals,(8)Thin and soft hair,(9)Late standing,(10)Easy to enuresis,(11)frequent urination Kidney-yin deficiency:(1)sleeping and sleeping,(2)heart hot in hands and feet,(3)red tongue with little moss,(4)dry throat,dry mouth,(5)dry stool,(6)small body In conclusion: Delphi expert questionnaire survey method was used to screen each judgement item,and finally the number of items included: 8 items for lung deficiency,8 items for spleen deficiency,8 items for spleen-yin deficiency,11 items for kidney-yang deficiency,and 6 items for kidney-yin deficiency This study provides a more reliable basis for the reliability and validity analysis of the scale and the construction of the final body mass scale.
