[Objective]Through the survey and statistical analysis of 88 outpatients in the detoxification clinic in the southern district of Puhuangyu Community Hospital,Fengtai District,Beijing, the methadone maintenance treatment(MMT)and glucose and lipid metabolism were surveyed and statistically analyzed, and 41 cases of MMT were investigated and observed in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).The distribution of TCM syndromes of MMT personnel, and a preliminary discussion on the correlation between MMT and glucose and lipid metabolism indicators,to provide ideas for the standardization of TCM for this disease, and to investigate the subsequent situation of MMT personnel and TCM treatment for reference.[Methods]This survey takes MMT personnel as the research object, adopts the TCM syndrome observation and evaluation form of MMT patients developed by this project, collected from the southern district of Puhuangyu Community Hospital,Fengtai District,Beijing from November 2019 to March 2021 The rheology data of 88 outpatients in the drug rehabilitation clinic, the data of past drug use history, the data of MMT,the laboratory examination indicators, and the TCM syndromes of 41 personnel, the TCM syndromes of the MMT personnel were observed through statistical analysis Distribution, and to explore whether there is a correlation between MMT and glucose and lipid metabolism.[Results]1.Rheology:Among 88 outpatients of MMT personnel, the male to female ratio was 7.8:1.The age of the patients was mainly distributed in the 51-55 age group. The demographics included first marriage(51.1%)and Han nationality(93.2%),education level above junior high school(85.2%),native place of Beijing(98.9%),permanent residence in Beijing(100%),unemployed(71.6%),and overweight(42.0%).2.Past drug use history:the time of first drug use was most concentrated in 1991-1995(43.2%),the number of years of drug use was mainly concentrated in 16-20 years(33.0%),and the dose of previous drug use was mainly concentrated in 0.6-1.0g(52.3%),the frequency of previous drug use was mainly 2-3 times(62.5%),the previous drug use cost was mainly 201-400 yuan per day(42.0%),the previous drug use method was mainly intravenous injection(64.8%),and there was no relapse And other drug behaviors accidentally taking heroin.3.MMT:The treatment time is mainly 6-10 years(48.9%),the initial dose is 21-40ml(50.0%),the highest dose is 91-120ml(45.5%),and the lowest dose is 21-30ml(34.1%),the maintenance dose is 41-60ml(36.4%),the frequency of taking the medicine is more irregular(61.4%),and the behavior of stopping the medicine is less, and they are currently under continuous treatment.4.The use of MMT and the correlation between past years of drug use and abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism:the different doses of MMT,medication frequency, and the interaction of different doses of methadone maintenance therapy and dosage frequency have a significant impact on LDL-C.Further pairwise comparisons between groups show that, the frequency of taking the medicine once every two days is significantly different from the other two groups, and the dosage of 61-80ml is significantly different from the other dosage groups. There was no statistical difference between the other groups(P>0.05);there was no statistical difference between each group of drug use and abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism(P>0.05).5.Glucose and lipid metabolism:in this study,23.9%of patients had FBG higher than the upper limit,6.8%of patients had TC higher than the upper limit;26.1%of patients had TG higher than the upper limit;2.3%of patients had HDL-C lower than the lower limit;20.35%Of patients had LDL-C higher than the upper limit. Therefore, dyslipidemia is mainly caused by the increase of TC,TG,and LDL-C,while the proportion of HDL-C is relatively small.6.Distribution of TCM syndromes:The five most common TCM syndromes are Qi deficiency syndrome(15.3%),blood stasis syndrome(14.5%),liver-qi stagnation syndrome(13.6%),and Yin deficiency syndrome(12.8).%),dry-heat syndrome(12.3%);8 cases(19.5%)of MMT drug users with 2-3 syndromes at the same time, which is the same as the number of MMT drug users with 3-5 syndromes at the same time. However, the number of MMT drug users who showed more than 6 syndromes at the same time was far more than the above two,a total of 25 cases(61.0%).[Conclusion]1.The five most common TCM syndromes among the patients taking MMT are Qi deficiency syndrome, blood stasis syndrome,liver-qi stagnation syndrome, yin deficiency syndrome, and dry-heat syndrome. In addition, its syndrome features are more mixed syndromes. If there is no single symptom, the syndrome differentiation type is relatively complicated. Therefore, the higher frequency syndrome can be used as a reference in clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment, and the treatment can be comprehensively differentiated according to individual conditions.2.Different doses of MMT,frequency of medication and the interaction between the two have significant effects on LDL-C.
