The Research Of The Correlation Between TCM Constitution And Glucose As Well As Lipid Metabolism In Patients With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective The purpose of this study is to sort out and statistics the distribution types and differences of TCM constitution in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).And the study analyze TCM constitution distribution and glucose and lipid metabolism and so on correlation index,in order to investigate the correlation between TCM constitution distribution and glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with PCOS.It is expected to improve the relevant indicators of patients through "differentiation and conditioning",so as to provide a reference for the early prevention and treatment of PCOS.Method Patients collected in this study from PCOS patients who were the diagnosed ar Reproductive Medicine Center of Ningxia Medical University General Hospital from June 2017 to December 2018.They voluntarily filled in the unified TCM constitution questionnaire and TCM constitution classification and judgment form.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Results1.A total of 221 patients with PCOS were collected in this study,age less than or equal to 20 years old accounts for 6.33%.77.83% were aged from 20 to 30.15.84% of the total population are aged 30 or above.In the age of menarche,age less than or equal to 12 years old accounts for 22.17% of the total population.54.30% of the total population are aged from 12 to 15.23.53% of the total population are aged 15 or above.2.In this study,the cumulative frequency of TCM constitution of PCOS patients was 897,and the majority of them had concurrent clip constitutions,accounting for 81.45%of the total.Among them,different TCM constitutions account for different proportions.Qi deficiency constitution accounted for 4.16% of total constitution distribution.Yin deficiency constitution accounted for 14.05%.Phlegm-damp constitution accounted for 13.49%.Qi depression constitution accounts for 13.38%.Yang deficiency constitution accounted for12.49%.Damp-heat constitution accounted for 10.81%.Blood stasis constitution accounted for9.92%.Peace constitution accounted for 7.13%.Specific endowment constitution accounted for 4.57%.The cumulative frequency of biased constitutions was 833 cases,accounting for92.87% of the total cumulative frequency of 9 constitutions.3.In 221 patients with PCOS in this study,underweight accounted for 5.88% of the total number.Normal weight accounted for 44.34% of the total population.The proportion of overweight people was 31.68%;Obesity accounts for 18.10% of the total population;The number of obese and overweight patients was 110,accounting for 49.77% of the total number.4.Logistic regression analysis of TCM constitution and glucose and lipid metabolism and other related factors in PCOS patients.And the results were as follows:LH,TG,TC and body weight were positively correlated with Qi deficiency constitution,while LDL was negatively correlated with Qi deficiency constitution.LH and TG were positively correlated with Yin deficiency constitution,while BMI was negatively correlated with Yin deficiency constitution.Body weight,FINS,FSH,LH/FSH,TG,and FINS had a positive correlation with Phlegm-damp constitution,while HOMA-IR had a negative correlation with Phlegm-damp constitution.TG and FINS were positively correlated with Damp-heat constitution,while FINS was negatively correlated with Damp-heat constitution.TC were positively correlated with Yang deficiency constitution.LH,TG and TC were positively correlated with Qi depression constitution,while HOMA-IR was negatively correlated with Herve leger replica.TG and E2 were positively correlated with Blood stasis constitution.LDL was positively correlated with Peace constitution,while BMI,LH,TG and TC were negatively correlated with Peace constitution.Body weight,E2 and TG is positively correlatedwith Specific endowment constitution.Conclution1.The main age of PCOS patients was between 20 and 30 years old.The age of menarche in patients with PCOS is mainly between 12 and 15 years old.2.In PCOS patients,biased constitution and concurrent constitution are the most common,among which the top four TCM constitutions are Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,Phlegm-damp and Qi depression constitution.3.The body mass index(BMI)distribution of PCOS patients was different,with overweight accounting for about 1/3 of the total number,and obesity and overweight accounting for about 1/2 of the total number.4.In PCOS patients,FINS higher may be found in the Phlegm-damp constitu-tion,while FINS lower may be found in the Damp-heat constitution.HOMA-IR may be found in Phlegm-damp constitution and Qi depression constitution.Low TG or TC may be found in Peace constitution.High TG may be found in Qi deficiency constitution,Yin deficiency con-stitution,Phlegm-damp constitution,Damp-heat constitution,Qi depression constitution,Bloo-d stasis constitution and Specific endowment constitution,and high TC may be found in Qi deficiency constitution,Yang deficiency constitution and Qi depression constitution.LDL may be higher in Peace constitution,its lower in Qi deficiency constitution.Lower BMI may be found in Yin deficiency constitution and Peace constitution.The higher body weight may be found in Qi deficiency constitution,Phlegm-damp constitution and Specific endowment constitution.LH is higher in Qi deficiency constitution,Yin deficiency constitution and Qi depression constitutio,while its lower in Peace constitution.High FSH hormone or LH/FSH may be found in the Phlegm-damp constitution.High E2 may be found in Blood stasis constitution and Specific endowment constitution.
