Observation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Yupingfeng Powder In The Treatment Of Lung-qi Deficiency Syndrome In Children With Asthma In Remission

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yupingfeng Powder in treating infantile asthma with deficiency of lung and spleen qi in the remission stage.Methods:60 children with asthma in remission(lung-spleen-qi deficiency)who met the inclusion criteria were treated with Yupingfeng Powder for 4 weeks.The scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment were observed,the data were sorted,and statistical analysis was performed with SPSS 26.0.Results:A total of 55 children in this study completed this study.After statistical analysis,The results show that: 1.The clinical efficacy evaluation of this study: 0 cases were clinically controlled,21 cases were markedly effective,26 cases were effective,and 8 cases were ineffective.The effective rate was 85.5%;2.After treatment,the TCM symptom score was significantly lower than before treatment(P< 0.05);3.During the course of treatment,55 cases of children did not have any adverse reactions,and the clinical use was safe.Conclusion:Yupingfeng Powder has a definite clinical effect,can effectively improve the primary and secondary symptoms of children with asthma in remission period,has the effect of enhancing physical fitness and preventing asthma recurrence,and is safe for clinical use.
